Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control

After getting fairly vague advice from a different pest control company for a rodent problem, I called Skedaddle (in Victoria) who came out and did a very thorough initial assessment of the house (found twice as many entry points as the other company), then came back in a very timely manner to give our house the Fort Knox treatment as they call it. David and James were extremely thorough, professional, and responsive. Highly recommend going with these guys!

I live in Victoria BC and used this company to remove a mother raccoon and her babies from a storage space. David Wong was amazing. He came right away to look at the situation and came up with a plan. He then went above and beyond after the removal and cleaning, to ensure that the area was secured against the raccoons returning.David was professional and friendly. I love that there is a business like this on the island. Noel and Dave were very professional, from the time they came to our home to give us a quote to the completion of the job. They did an awesome job of finding out how the squirrels were getting into our home, thoroughly explained everything they were going to be doing, used humane methods to ensure the squirrels could not get back in and then did the work to secure all of the places that they were getting in! I think it is amazing that they 100% guarantee their work. I would highly recommend this company for any issues with any sort of wildlife in your home. They are professional, knowledgeable and thorough!

Awesome customer service. Noel seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful even without agreement to do the job. I only gave 4 stars because I have to wait until next year to confirm successful removal and closure of my house, but they have 100% guarantee so really 5 stars. Awesome job.
