Tow King Towing LTD
They scratched the rims on my new tesla which only had 200kms. I waited a week to get a response from them in regards to the incident and at first they said they could not obtain video footage from the the tow truck drivers camera. Now I received an email stating that the damage was not done by them and that I can buy some cheap paint from lordco or file a claim through ICBC. Do not hire them!

This company along with one of its affiliates ripped my poor lady freind off for 900$..a man by the name of Jim who rents space at their yard sold my freind who is a young lady a broken down car for 1500$..she returned it a couple days later only to be refunded 600 dollars..she's a young girl that's been working so hard to get her life back togethor..like this is some very cowardly balless spineless action..I would avoid this company and anyone who works with them in any way..

My plumbing service van died on me on the way to a service call. Luckily it was right infront of Tow King’s shop! They kindly came over to see if they could assist and got me up and running in no time (it was just a fuse, but they sorted it). Fair charge and friendly service.Thanks again!

Was quoted a rate per kilometers when i called them, once they got the job, upon arrival with the car. They increased the rate by 50 cents. The driver was friendly, but the dispatcher wasn't honest. Also, the driver had to boost the car to be able to move it to load it, I was charge for the boost as well. Bad business call someone else.

I was late so they had to skip me. When I called, they were nice to circle back in 20 mins. Got my car started in no time and also gave me good advice on battery maintenance. I was expecting a much higher bill, but they are good value for money. Thanks for helping out!

My Tesla car experienced two tire changes in the span of two days. Not an ideal situation but both times I was helped by Tow King Towing. Today I had the pleasure to meet Dallas, who in the pouring and drenching rain was successfully able to change my flat tire. The tire was flat within in minutes as it dropped from 44 PSI to 1 PSI. Dallas was very professional and a super enthusiastic person to deal with. Very reliable and quick, definitely will be recommending him and this company in the near future!
