I want to thank everyone at Miller's! I had an emergency with my wedding dress alterations and they fixed everything on my dress in less than a week..and in plenty of time for the big day! I did not buy my dress at the shop, but they still put me at the front of the line. They also were able and willing to fix my antique veil! Amazing job! Thanks again :) You saved my wedding day!

I had a custom camouflage dress made by them, my dress turned out amazing I love it!! Everything was done in a timely manner. Very reasonable priced for a bride on a budget with a dream. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

They are always super friendly and willing to work with you. I have gotten 2 dresses altered here and they always do a great job. My friend also got her wedding dress here, and loved the experience.

Went in looking at wedding dresses and such. The lady that helped me was very informative. She treated me like I was there to buy even though I was only there to look. Told me they would be getting in some new stuff soon to come back and look. Told me of the different services they offer. And...let me know that if I set an appointment, I could use their diamond room for free to try on and model dresses for friends and family. It was a great experience. WIth my wedding coming up this year, I will be back in there to check their items once again.

Absolutely the best experience we've ever had dress shopping, found an amazing dress for myer's senior prom and for a great price.... the heim was beautifully done and in my opinion made the dress look better then before alterations they even switched the dress shoes with out a problem. Definitely will go back for our dress needs.

Do not recommend. Bought a dress for prom from them for $120 paid to get it altered (also $120) and they left a needle in and didn’t tell me about it so at prom my arm got so scratched up it is now scarred. After bringing this to their attention they only gave me $15 dollars for being “unsatisfied” they didn’t even take into consideration the fact that my body was injured and scarred due to the fact that they left a NEEDLE IN.

As a bride, went there for alterations. They did an amazing job and the dress fit like a glove. I also bought my jewelry there. All were very reasonable prices.I went there recently as a bridesmaid. Found a beautiful dress at an excellent price. Service both times is the best service in all of west Michigan.

I’ve had multiple dresses altered at Miller’s and they always do a great job. I visited last weekend to go wedding dress shopping and was pleasantly surprised. Although I didn’t find “the dress” there, one of their dresses was in my top three. The ladies, Olivia and one other person, that helped me were very nice and knowledgeably answered any alteration questions that I had. I’ll be bringing my wedding dress there for alterations.

I can't thank these fine and very talented women enough! They continuously altered my mother-of-the-bride gown until it was perfect. My gown is backless, and I needed a backless body bra that was open to the waist.Since I could not find a backless bra that was low enough, they were able to alter and adjust the body bra I did find until it fit perfectly.
