Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Put a large sign up saying “MUST PREPAY for car wash!!!! I made the mistake once and have had the inconvenience of waiting in a line for someone having to run in to pay!!

Only place I have seen where customer service means nothing.CSR who talk on her AirPods all the time during the customer interaction always and careless about greeting the customer or Giving the receipt. Been going here for over an year also never experienced such ignorant customer service ever. Also worst car wash ever for $11 leaves half the dirt on my car last few times I did.. never go there for car wash please.

Very non gas store items like milk in jugs which is very convenient lots of selections for drinks great helpful and kind cashiers that actually recommend discounts nice and confidently. A nice ATM machine beside a lottery ticket scanner. Yeah and I'm putting too much information for just a gas station

Your machines glitched twice and took $65.00 without receiving gas. I won't buy gas here again very simple.

My wife and I purchased a new car on Feb 28th and decided to go straight to the car wash here after driving about 12km with the new car so that we could get a picture of her with the car looking nice and shiny. The car was in perfect condition. We knew something was wrong as soon as it started washing the car. We heard very loud scratching noises coming from all sides the entire time we were inside. These noises were loud enough that it was honestly terrifying. Once we came out, we immediately inspected the car and found scratches on all four sides as well as a cracked windshield. On top of that, the car wasn’t even clean (but we certainly weren’t going to run it through again at this point).Initially, the manager apologised and showed us the video of us entering. In the video, we were in the right position in the car wash and there was no damage showing as we entered. The manager told us to have our insurance contact theirs and it would be taken care of. We followed his instructions but they ended up changing their minds and refused to release the video to our insurance company. The only way they were going to release it was if ordered by the police. We considered getting the police involved but our insurance company explained that they were the type of company that would avoid responsibility at all costs. Without an army of lawyers to match their own, we weren’t going to win no matter what we did.I used to come here all the time as I live in the area. However, I now believe that this car wash should be avoided for any reason, whether you are just gassing up or washing your car because they do not believe in any amount of accountability. If you have to use the car wash, I recommend taking a video where you show all sides of your car beforehand, what is seen and heard during the wash, as well as all four sides of your vehicle afterwards. Make sure this is all on one continuous video if you want any chance of them being liable for the inevitable damages. Honestly though, you are much better off going with a company that is not Petro Canada. Touchless is the best option. I have included images of the damages done to our car.As of December 7, 2022, no apology has been given.

Wel mannered clerk in night. At 2:10AM Friday night, washroom for all and cleaned.. good services

This is a nice, new, clean location in a new area of the city. Because of its southern location the gas is always some on the lowest priced in the city. It’s in store selection is small, but it does have slurpy and an ATM (RBC). Many pumps with diesel, and a automatic car wash. The car wash is too expensive at $15 for the deluxe. Bathrooms are clean and the staff is polite and friendly.

I have written so many reviews on the amazing staff at Petro Canada in Legacy, and head office never comments on the fact that these people, i.e. Sahus, manager, Ash, Komal, Arsdhip, Anthony and Avbi are very personable, efficient and make you feel as though you are of value rather than just a paying customer.I would greatly appreciate you commending these individuals as they work very hard to ensure their clients are getting the best value for money spent as well as such courteous service. Extremely upset with the service I received at this location.I went through the car wash with my Jeep Wrangler and it ripped off my antenna. I proceeded to go inside and explain what happened and the attendant told me it was my fault because there is a single sign outside that says no after market accessories". The antenna on my Jeep is the originally antenna. I'm sorry but antennas come on vehicles and aren't accessories and having ONE sign that gives some "do not use this if" is not fair because you pay for the car wash at the pump where the sign isn't anywhere to be found.Asked the attendant for a refund on the car wash since my vehicle was damaged. He declined giving me a refund and again told me it was all my fault. He was rude and barely spoke English. I asked to speak to a manager or have their contact information to speak with them when they were back in or have them call me. Again declined. I asked to have my antenna retrieved from the car wash and he said he couldn't help and I would have to wait until there was no one at the gas station so he could look. It was busy and I asked "Can you just go get it after you close and then call me". He declined and asked me to wait and I told him that I would be waiting awhile as he was very busy with other customers so I think it would be best for him to get it after hours and contact me. He kept saying I needed to fill out an incident report but wouldn't actually give me a report. The entire interaction was EXTREMELY unprofessional and felt because I am a female with an older vehicle that I wasn't worth helping.Now I have a broken vehicle and have to make a claim through my insurance and I cannot find anywhere on the Petro Canada website where to fill out an incident report. I also have read other reviews that this car wash has ruined brand new vehicles and nothing was done about it."

The staff! Where do I start!? They have s smile no matter what time it is. The place is never empty, the location is easy peasey lemon squeeze to get to! Plus if you ride they have 94 octAne which is good to let’er Rip Tater Chip! All I can say is please keep up the great work you guys are doing awesome
