Over the last three months, the service has deteriorated to the point of hit or miss.If you want parts for the front of your car, expect parts for the rear.If you need parts for the passenger side of your vehicle, expect parts for the drivers side.If you're looking for parts for your Toyota, expect parts for your neighbours Chevy.If the parts were supposed to be in at 11am on Monday, expect them to not arrive til closing on Tuesday, with no follow up to notify you of the change.These ifs are based on my experiences over the last three months. Thank goodness I now have other options in my area.Latest screw up, ordered in a set of brake pads, they sold them to another customer and didn't notify me. I arrived to purchase, told they were sold to wrong customer, could have another set for after lunch. No phone call, only find out when I arrive. Massive time wastage. Par for the course unfortunately.

Extremely fast and honest service. The initiative at this lordco location is top notch. I walked in after placing a order and they were waiting for me at the front counter. I couldn’t be more happier. I highly recommend this location! Keep up the great work!

There is an older man working here who needs to learn how to be respectful to women. Last year a hose blew and the coolant leaked out in my husbands truck. I rushed with my 4 kids and got there 5 minutes before closing only to be told by an older man they're closed. I told him I only needed 2 things to go rescue my husband and he was extremely rude and shut the door in my face. I have never and will never shop there again. Today my sister was asking for advice from a female employee and an older male employee interrupted them and then insulted my sister loudly to the entire store. Don't shop here if you want to be treated with any kind of respect.

Very happy with the excellent customer service Andy gave me today as a local dealership over tightened my lug nuts causing one to sheer off when doing a tire change over. The dealership would not cover the damage. Andy helped me with the item codes and where to locate. Thank you!

Great Lordco location, staff is very friendly and professional. Stock is limited but exactly what you can expect considering how small Lake county is.

Called the store with 2 minutes to go before close on Christmas Eve and spoke to Chris. Had the brief discussion about what we needed and we couldn’t wait until after the holidays so we rushed to get there before they closed. We get there, lights are off but Chris was waiting for us with what we needed already at the till. Merry Christmas Lordo team and thank you for saving our butt!

Do you need a Cargo Box? Lordco has them. Andy was able to help me out and within a short period of time we walked out the door with the bars and box. No waiting! What we needed was right there in the store. I would recommend Lordco for cargo boxes!

I was looking for a specific part for my Mini Cooper. Phoned them and they were very helpful with finding the part. Went in to pick up the part and the service was as expected, excellent!
