I visited the Glen Erin location today for the first time. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and kind. I had a full body massage with Tiffany and she was amazing. She was able to release the tension on my neck, shoulders and lower back that I was carrying post pregnancy!

I've been trying to find a good massage therapy center in Mississauga and so many have failed me, but not Kaizen-Glen Erin! Ted was my massage therapist and he was absolutely AMAZING. He doesn't talk much, which was perfect because I didn't want to be working my brain talking anyway. His technique targets your pain while also relaxing your body. I couldn't recommend a better massage therapy center.

First time booking a massage session and the receptionist was so kind and friendly! My therapist, Tiffany, was AMAZING. I would highly recommend booking a massage with her. She is gentle and reassuring and occasionally checks in to make sure you’re doing okay as well, which is much appreciated. Her techniques are perfect. I was extremely relaxed afterwards. They also have reasonable pricing! The whole process to book a massage was seamless. I will continue going here.

This was my first time at Kaizen Glen Erin location. Was greeted and welcomed. Joanna was my massage therapist for a 90 min deep tissue massage. She did a great job paying attention to my areas of focus. Friendly and professional.

I was charged for a full body massage despite never asking for one. I told the receptionist I only wanted a massage for my neck and back and she just said the massage therapist would focus on those areas. But I had to pay $100+ for a full body when I didn’t want, nor get one? Also I am still feeling neck and back popping after my visit. It could be my fault for never going for a massage before but I also don’t think it’s normal to still feel pain over a week later…

I have had hot stone and regular massages at Kaizen and the experience was great. The therapists were kind and listened to my concerns. The massage was really affective and relaxing.

Erica is amazing. I came in with neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues, and her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference.One of the best massages I have ever had! You can tell right away that Erica is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. Also a very kind and nice person to have met. I highly recommend.

Tried one of their massage and it was pretty average. The massage rooms are also very basic. Just felt it’s not worth the price.

The massage was great but they massaged only for 45mins and charged for the full hour. If someone tells me that my appointment is at 4, I am going to reach there at 4.. but they handed paperwork and did some checks after that which took around 15mins (fair! BUT) when I questioned about the 45mins versus 1 hour, they said i was late to come around 4.. rather should have arrived early lol.. basically i got a 45mins service at the cost of 1hr because it was my fault that I arrived at the time they gave me! (Maybe i should have made it 5mins early but oh well)
