The Worst Rens Pets branch in Ontario. The white lady working July 11 at 5pm was rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t want to follow the company policy.Just saw the other comment. I think she is definitely racist.

i should give a zero star , went there by Jul 11 , the cashier girl treated the white lady with very nice attitude, when she serve me I feel like I got racist.

There's a girl named Charlotte that works there. She is a god send. My dobie pup was soooo picky that he wasn't eating anything we made him. Upon her suggestion and recommendation due to our similar dog appetites, She suggested Stella and Chewy's raw blend and my dog finally is eating normally again! <3 Thank you Charlotte for your advice! If anyone visits her, ask for her if your pet is picky about his food! :)
