We love this studio for hot yoga! It's bright, clean, and all the instructors are kind and knowledgeable. And it's around the corner from us, so great location!

Very positive vibe here from the moment you walk in the door. Moksha has a nice variety of class types and lengths. The instructors are positive, knowledgeable, and are able to offer helpful adjustments to your poses or respect you if you don't want adjustments. The studio itself has everything that I need in a hot yoga studio, including mat & towel rentals, a small retail area, and lockers in the change rooms (just bring a lock with you). Be mindful of parking restrictions.

Great studio and really welcoming environment! I've been coming off and on since Moksha Edmonton first opened at this location. The instructors are great and seem really interested in their students. I always feel so much more grounded and relaxed when I leave. I only wish they had an extra shower stall or two for the early morning classes so that you don't have to rush out of the studio to get a shower in, but I realize that space is probably the issue.

Very clean and friendly. Never met an instructor we didn't like, they're all well trained in clear instruction. I've been coming for 15 years, it's the best studio in town. Angela is great and so is the rest of the team. Really nice range between sleepy Yin and fast Flow available. Very broad schedule. Prices have held steady for a long time, 10, 20, monthly, yearly passes are great value. Classes are typically hotter the later in the day you attend. Try one cheap Karma class on Friday, and you'll be hooked.

One of my fav studios in Edmonton. Excellent teachers, clean facilities, and a variety of classes.

The best Moksha studios in Edmonton are “Moksha Yoga” on the west end and south side. I have never experienced a bad class and I have been attending the studios for over 5 years. Every instructor is well qualified and they all have such a caring and understanding attitude. The studio is well equipped with yoga mats, towels and yoga accessories for purchase. There are also nice showers and changing rooms. The studios are very clean and well maintained. I enjoy the positive energy and calmness one feels as soon as you enter the studio. The staff make everyone feel important and they genuinely want you to have a good experience. Regardless of any aches, pains or concerns you may have, the staff are always there to give advice and help you through any moves that will improve your class. The studios are consistently introducing workshops for - kids, pregnancies, runners, 30 challenges and the list goes on. I personally find that Moksha Yoga is the place that I will continue to support and continue to enjoy every class that I take as I feel they are simply the best!!

Disappointed. After Metta Yoga generously offered to donate a months yoga pass for a draw, the company ghosted me through email, phone calls and left messages after the winner was picked.

I started coming to this studio a year ago and knew I had found my place! I’ve been hooked ever since because of the amazing instructors- shout out to Kristen! Amazing classes, cleanliness and friendliness of the studio staff, schedule of classes, and enthusiasm of everyone here. You guys are awesome!

This is a great hot yoga place. I've been doing hot yoga for 11 years and this is the first place I went to. I've always liked it even though I've tried many other studios. The instructors are fantastic, the studio is amazing, and the people are very friendly

This studio is amazing! As a rookie in the yoga world, all the instructors are so welcoming and knowledgeable and fun! I have never laughed in a yoga class before I came to this studio! Thank you to all the instructors for sharing and making me feel so welcome. I'd highly recommend checking them out!
