I had a very disappointing experience when I purchased a Ray-ban sunglasses.First of all, the staff didn't take care of my order after purchasing my sunglasses. As I needed a few adjustments, I ordered the sunglasses to deliver to the shop. While it has been a few days since the item arrived, no one gave me a message to me. Moreover, I received an email from the sunglass hut only when the item was shipped and not the shop received it.Second, the staff can't provide many services compared to the online order. For example, when I asked if I could get some help for adjustments, the staff informed me that they could do some straightforward ones like nose adjustments, but no others. The staff also told me that the manager probably knew other adjustments, but the manager wasn't there.Finally, the staff doesn't know much about the opening hours. When they informed me that the manager would come to the shop on Monday (May 23rd, 2022), I asked if the shop would open even if it would be a holiday. They said the shop would open and the manager would come. On the contrary, it was closed when I visited the shop on May 23rd, 2022.The experience was very disappointing, and I can't recommend buying sunglasses from this shop.

Today I went to Sunglasse Hut and had the best experience buying glasses.Asma was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, she picked out a pair of glasses for me which I would never have tried and I like them so much I bought them. I enjoyed my whole experience buying my sunglasses because of Asma.

Asma was amazing and she provided an excellent service. Highly recommended and very very helpful.

I went in there thinking I am here to return what I bought and will never shop from Sunglass Hut again. I was frustrated with the way I was treated at the Eaton Center branch, when I wanted to return a pair. The guy here, Samuel, was very polite. He accepted to refund me for that pair and I ended up buying two other ones later.

Unbelievably bad service - I brought in a pair of sunglasses for return, and was first told they were outside of the return time. After pointing out that they were in fact in time, one employee inspected the glasses, confirmed they were in good condition for return. After this, another employee 'cleaned' the glasses, and scratched the lenses in front of me, then told me they were scratched and she couldn't take the return. She had long, manicured nails, and literally scratched the lenses in front of me. After I pointed this out, she was rude, denied that she had scratched the lens, and still would not take the return. So now I have a scratched $300 pair of sunglasses I can't return.

I must change my review from a 5 stars to a 1, actually if I could give 0 I would. I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses (Tiffany and D&G) 5 months ago, still have receipts, and they’re both broken (it happens, I’m not even mad about this) but the girl here today (Saturday Nov 5 around 3:45pm) where I asked for help, was the rudest individual I’ve ever met. If she could’ve spat on me I think she would’ve. I will never step in that store again. Sad how one rotten apple can affect such a business

I am soo happy . The young lady who just started working at this location was fantastic . She was patient and took the time to help me choose my Sunglasses " that suited me best . Was there a few days ago and got 2 pair's ."

Very helpful and respectfully staff.There were various glasses from many famous brands. You can park in front of store.

Amazing service from this branch. The manager Asma was extremely kind, professional and had great service with her. I love the ray bands she sold me. I will definitely buy from here again.

Christopher was super helpful, really good at picking out the right glasses for your face
