Ambiance Dental

(Posting under a pseudonym)I'm not sure what's going on with this clinic. I'm a fairly new patient and my first couple of visits were amazing. My recent one, not so much. I was contacted by Michelle numerous times regarding changing the dentist I'll be seeing and the times of my appointment. It was quite disrespectful to have your appointment changed multiple times over. Oh then there's the appointment itself. The assistant(?) talked endlessly about nonsense and seemed so unsure about what they were doing. My appointment felt rushed and it was completely night and day from my first two appointments with Dr. Nagra, who is impossible to book with now as I was informed she reduced her hours. It's really making me consider taking my dental care somewhere else. Disappointing.

This is a great dental office. Everyone there is concerned for your general well-being and genuinely wants to ensure the experience is as positive as possible. In my experience, they deliver an elevated service that isn't often seen in certain industries. Winnie provides excellent care and takes pride in how and what she does. Great team overall. Highly recommend.

I've only had just a consultation appointment here however I've never had such a thorough inspection of my mouth before. Pictures of everything, certainly nothing was missed. I was offered the most practical and straightforward treatment plan with the option of payments to sort it out as I don't currently have dental coverage. They did not pressure me into anything, but instead provided me with facts. I left my appointment with full confidence that I've made a sound decision to have Ambiance take care of me and will update my review as work is completed!

Great staff and really like Dr. Heinte's level of care and good explanations of what work I needed to have done.

Phenomenal Dental Clinic! I have never experienced such thorough work and examinations ever. There were things that were brought to our attention regarding our daughters case that never were before which required her to be referred to an ENT. Very grateful to the doctors and staff at Ambience for pointing everything out and ensuring that she received a very thorough and detailed treatment plan. Thank you Ambience!!

I'm yet to wait even a single minute for an appointment. My last dentists office was always a 15 to 30 minute wait. The Ambiance staff are always friendly and professional. I have even had Ambiance cancel a dental appointment I attended with no charge due to concerns we may have exceeded my annual dental benefit allotment. This was at their expense as they were setup to perform my procedure.

A big thank you to the Ambiance Dental team for my new smile. After completing 2 years of braces to straighten my teeth we were able to put the finishing touches on the front teeth. The bonding looks great and I was very impressed with the enthusiasm, skill and attention to detail from Dr. Nagra to ensure my smile was perfect. Thanks again for a job well done!

The staff are all excellent and extremely friendly. Everyone takes the time to address your needs and listens to you. The new dentist from Australia, Dr. Heintze, is awesome! Very thorough, efficient, & honest as to what needs to be done down to things that can be done at a later date. He takes the time to completely explain everything with a full two way dialogue. And is super friendly to chat with subjects outside of dentist related topics. I never like going to a dental office, but at Ambiance, everyone ensures your stay is as comfortably as possible.

I can't recommend Dr. Nagra and the team at Ambiance Dental highly enough! I initially went to the clinic to see if there was anything that could be done to enhance my smile. Dr. Nagra created a treatment plan for me that worked with my budget, helped make all my referrals to other clinics when needed (orthodontics in my case), and has helped me along my journey over past couple of years to get to the result I've always had in mind. The team at Ambiance dental are all amazing and make you feel as if you're a VIP client. Dr. Nagra herself is kind, extremely knowledgeable, highly detail-oriented and will work with you and your expectations to see if what you're desiring is achievable. I am so grateful for everything she and the entire team have done for me, and will never even think of going elsewhere for any dental work, cosmetic or general. I have been sending my friends, family, and even collogues to Ambiance Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I recently moved and my old dentist's office was too far away, so I made an appointment with Ambiance mostly because it was a convenient location for me. Honestly, I wish I had come here sooner. Michelle at the front desk is so friendly and accommodating, and Jo the hygienist and Dr. Nagra were attentive and efficient. I've never had a dentist who took the time to explain my x-rays in detail, show me what to watch out for, and create a treatment plan going forward. Unreal service.
