I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea a year ago and got set up with a machine at this clinic. Received great service and regular check ins with Ang who is no longer there. Their customer care has dropped considerably since she left. I went to fill two jugs here and was discouraged by the manager who came out and said that the distillery machine was limited. This was the first AND last time I got any water there. Considering I spent $2500+ on my machine and was told that water refills were free for life, this isn't the impression I got as it seemed like an inconvenience for the manager.Due to the experience in the last six months and lack of customer care, I won't be returning to this clinic and will be taking my business elsewhere!!

I went in to SnoreMD in Kamloops to see if they could help me with a situation with my DreamStation which has a call back on it for the past 3 yrs, they jumped at the opportunity to help me, Axis, the young lady at the counter, found me a new mask one that would not make my ICD alarm go off, fitted me with the mask, then proceeded to make sure I was happy with the fit, not just it’ll be this much have a nice day, we went into her office sat down and she fitted me, she made sure my settings were what I wanted, she asked me if she could change anything I asked Axis to change one setting on the humidifier setting, she did so and I was on my way.I would like to mention I bought this machine from another company in Kamloops and they don’t want to help me with my recall.Matt and Axis at Snore MD we’re absolutely amazing, top notch customer serviceKeep up the good work

The time and care the ladies at Snore MD gave me when selecting my cpap machine and mask and the learning process was fabulous. As a new owner of a machine there was some anxiety but they made sure I was comfortable before I left and as promised gave a follow up phone call. I would also like to say that being open on a Saturday was a plus.

I was extremely surprised and impressed by the young lady who assisted me in this set-up period. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable,personable and pleasant to talk to. She did a great deal in anticipating any concerns that I might have. A pure joy to deal with her. Thank you. I look forward to a healthier life style in the future.

I was dealing with rhs they were nice people but did not explain everything with insurance and did not give proper paperwork for insurance plus they dragged things out, I got frustrated and went to Snore MD they were great about explaining things and I had a replacement cpap machine with just two visits would have been one but that's my fault. Aska and Barbara were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend you give Snore MD a chance to look after your cpap needs
