Centrall Laval

An amazing experience from start to finish! The staff is really kind and helps you out in every way possible. If you go ask for Lenny and Mathieu they are the BEST!!

I saw a pair of jordan 1 lows at footlocker for 145$. They were a colourway nobody wanted and all sizes were available. Im walking around the mall and decided to check out centrall to see if they had anything good. The exact same shoe that was selling for 145$ at footlocker was listed for 320$ plus tax. 200$ difference for the same shoe that’s available in both stores. Honestly, I don’t have a problem with a small business trying to make a little bit of profit, but to try and finesse that bad is crazy. I know most of the people shopping there are teens so there’s a good chance that they would have some have knowledge on streetwear but I’d honestly feel bad for the mom or dad that would try to surprise their kids not realizing how badly they are being ripped off. If you have any knowledge about streetwear whatsoever, you would know to avoid this store.

I’m not one to usually complain and I definitely consider myself someone easy to please...I was even hesitating to write this review but I just have to at this point because it simply isn’t fair after I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this store already on plenty of brands like chrome hearts,off white,Jordans,yeezys etc...I respect centrall for them putting Montreal on the map when it comes to the sneaker game...I’ve been to the downtown location many times and I will continue to go there because at least there I’ve never had a single bad experience with the staff...there respectful and attentive and friendly...the LAVAL location however not so much...now I’m not saying that everyone that works there is incompetent...because I have been helped by a few guys before that were actually knowledgeable and respectful...but today was honestly brutal...I don’t know there names and even if I did out of respect I wouldn’t write it because I work at a shoe store myself and I can understand that sometimes it’s an impossible task to please every single person...but when your spending 700$ on a pair of shoes you would expect to be treated with some kind of respect instead of laziness and someone who looks like they would rather be in bed...that’s all I have to say...shoutout to centrall downtown I’ll keep shopping there but as far as the Laval location goes...I think I’ve said enough about most of the staff.

Biggest ripoff in town. Everything they sell is marked up a few hundred dollars. Every once in a while I see footlocker with the same shoe they are selling for more than double the price. If you want to buy exclusive street wear and rare sneakers I would use goat. Save your money don’t get scammed.
