I use these guys to test a backflow on my irrigation system for the city of Auburn hills. They come on time. Got the job done efficiently and fast and they file all the paperwork to the city of Auburn hills. How can you beat that? If you need a plumber, you cannot go wrong with A-fordable.

I had a sump pump discharge pipe collapse, and they were very good to find out exactly where it was and how to repair it.

I called these guys after reading the reviews and thought I'd try them out. The last plumber I called (not these guys!!) busted a pipe in my kitchen, flooding into the living room. Then when I'd called them back to fix it, they never showed.These guys came over super quick and fixed the issue with no drama (yay). Took like 3 hours max and now I can happily use my kitchen sink again with zero worries or stress.They made the experience somewhat enjoyable...imagine a friend coming over and resolving your issues for you. It's a good vibe and definitely worth keeping the number in your phone to remember who these peeps are when you need someone.

I had A-fordable Plumbing water replace dual water heaters in 2016 that replaced the original water heaters that put in my house was built in 2006. Now I have one of the water heaters is leaking and I call A-fordable to have them come look at the heater. They tell me they longer service that brand ( AO Smith ) anymore and can't help me. They recommend a company AF Plumbing" who I called and setup an appointment and they do not show up having me waste my entire day. I called several times and AF Plumbing stated their plumber was coming.I would recommend NOT working with either company as customer service isn't an important consideration of either company."

Great customer service rep. Only took one day to schedule a hot water heater removal and installation of a new one. Technician who installed was very professional and friendly. We use this contractor for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend them.

When other local companies let me down, these guys not only came through, but did dream-tier work. Denise answering the phones seems to be a real superwoman that makes sure everything is running smoothly, and I was fortunate enough to have John out to do perfectionist-tier work. The end results of the work are really what matters most, but I was especially impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for my home and property, in addition to the good work. I used their services for faucet installation x 2. I live in a larger home, so I’m sure there was some “luxury upcharge” here.Ultimately, however, the initial visit charge for the project and the final bill ran up to $800. Much higher than what was quoted.My wife handled most of the interactions in the work, but she notes that the time spent with the work was the same but the final bill was higher considerably than what was quoted.Final work undoubtedly looks nice. That’s why it’s a 2-star. I’m not questioning the final product. Just the dishonesty and the upcharge. If you have limitless amount of money, they’re great. If you like bang for your buck….two stars

The sump pump and back up needed replacing, as they did not prevent a flood in my lower level during a very rainy week. Installers were polite and accomplished the installations over a one week period of time. However, the back up system has had a chirp in it, and several weeks later, I called for help. Yesterday, a man installed a new battery in the back up's box. However, within a few hours, I noticed the same unpredictable chirp. Sometimes one chirp; now sometimes two. I will have to call again, until this is resolved. ~ Following several visits, the installation of a brand-new battery-pack did resolve the problem! I do appreciate the numerous phone calls that occurred, and the final conclusion to the problem. The company is thorough and responsive to the customer's concerns. Thank you!!

I'll never need to find a different plumbing service again! A-Fordable Plumbing isn't just a clever name, the price for the job was more than fair. Especially for the quality. I highly recommend. These are the types of services you feel happy about supporting.
