After reading the reviews I told agree with everybody I had spent over $500 here and the lady had put things in my bag and overcharged me for things I didn't even purchase I think that's wrong and the people I'm talking to they won't say who what who they are or they say they're open but they're not open they won't get back to me they won't talk nicely about returning my money and something I didn't even purchase they ripped me off and I want someone to get back to me and deal with this this is not right it's bad business and I like how dare they do this to people...I even offered to return every single thing I purchased just to get my money back of $100 out of the 500 plus I spent just to say I don't want to do business here because they're ripping me off but they're making $400 profit if they would answer me and do that like I don't get it I'm willing to lose 400 bucks just to prove a point that I don't like somebody putting stuff in my bag without my knowledge and charging me for it

Attracted to the store by the fancy lighters and cigar cutters. A lot of cigars and their accessories. Good quality stuff here. Robin was super helpful!

The staff has a great knowledge of the products. Always offering deals on my favorite bongs and zippo lighters. Love this store.

Asked an employee if they had some replacement coils for a vape I had and the girl took a look at my vape and gave me some and said they’d fit. A few days later when I decide to use them, turns out they didn’t fit and they won’t let me exchange them because I opened it.How is that my fault? Your employee even looked at my vape and I trusted them and it turned out it was too small and now I’m out of money because they won’t let me exchange it even though it wasn’t my fault at all. That should be on your employee, not me.

My wife and I were visiting Calgary from Chicago. We went into the store looking for my go-to cigars. Robin started to help us and she was so helpful and provided stellar Cuban recommendations that I would not normally find in Chicago. Great service I would recommend the store to anyone interested in fine cigars.

Purchased a lamp from this company for a family member as a christmas present and it was broken when we bought it! Went back to return it and explained why we couldnt come sooner and they said if we had brought it back on christmas when they are closed we could have exchanged it. We had covid and couldnt make it within the time and now out 100 bucks and stuck with a broken lamp. I hightly recommend not purchasing anything from this company as they have no return policies posted anywjere in the store and or on their receipts. It basically means they can rip you off

Shefield & Sons/Shefield Express is the only place I can find in my neighbourhood (near Chinook Mall) to buy tobacco in pouches for cigarettes. NOT for pipes, as every other place I've been to insists is what I want.The young gentlemen (not so much the ladies) in the store by the food court are very helpful and friendly, one even suggesting I might like to place a standing order for a specific brand of cigarette tobacco so that they will always have it on hand for me. The lady in the store further down the mall is not very helpful, but if you catch her in a good mood she's very friendly and has a great sense of humour. She sold me a box of cigarette tubes at a discount because the box looked damaged, even though I was fine with it.I highly recommend the store near the food court, but the one further down the mall is fine, too.
