Don’t even tell them your real name.They just hit my credit with different banks and then called me saying “if you are interested in getting any vehicle from us, if yes then visit our dealership, we already got you approved”.I did not like any vehicle and price they have.Now, I got to know when I can see all those Inquiries on my credit.They hit my credit multiple times and now not replying to my texts as well.After posting the review, you may also receive a phone call phone them, throwing their anger on you.I got the call from Daneil, not in a polite way.

Was great experience even when all other places couldn’t help me they over and beyond to help me get my car and at a good price I would recommend them to anyone I know. I love my new car and I’m really happy .You guy rock .

Nope. Run away fast. They tried to say that I “applied for another car loan” AFTER I was allegedly already approved by them. I most certainly did NOT apply for another vehicle at any other dealership, as I had been at work all day, and Back To The Future is only a movie, you can’t be in two places at once. They also told me a lien was paid, but according to the bank, whom I called, the money was still coming out of my account… Honestly, just go to a reputable dealership to buy a vehicle. This one isn’t that.Update: they call and harass, trying to get people to take the review down. Afraid of the truth.

Pioneer Motors is Awesome!!! I was a little unsure at first and thought I knew what I wanted. I needed a safe and reliable car for my daughter and I. SoI gave them a list of must haves for it. I put my trust in Justin and boy did that kid really come through. Justin and the crew went above and beyond for me and put me in the best vehicle I have ever owned in a speedy fashion. Great selection it was hard to choose so I went with Justin's suggestion and absolutely fell in love with it. Definitely will be going back for my next car when my daughter takes mine in 2 yrs. She's already got her eye on it. Thanks guys ;)

My visit at Pioneer motors Langley was the best experience I could’ve wished for Justin Piddle was awesome. He knew everything about the car I wanted. I have always tacked on an extra 5000 for the warranty and taxes the covers replacement on everything that gives me peace of mind if anything breaks down you can’t get that buying privately!!!! Daniel was most helpful with explaining all the paperwork. Gord was very respectful, professional, and very honest, but my favourite guy there was Justin. He answered all my questions and help me figure out all the features on my car with great patients and knowledge.. I bought a blue Jeep compass with a five year warranty and drove it off the lot that day.!!!!? Thank all you guys at the pioneer for being so awesome and making my buying experience goes so smoothly.

This was my 3rd vehicle purchase through the Pioneer Auto group, I dealt with Brian Dodd the finance manager in Langley and would definitely recommend you going to see him for your next purchase!!He went to work and found us a 2020 Equinox with more options than I was looking for and within our budget. All 3 of my purchases were done online and the vehicles were delivered to Kelowna, they arrived looking better than the pictures they sent!! Thanks again Brian, we’ll be back when the time comes!!
