An alternative airport from Prince Rupert as there are more flights per day and more than one airline for an option. Three car rental companies convenience to get a vehicle, but is always sold out, be sure to book ahead

I recently had the pleasure of flying out of Northwest Regional Airport on a Westjet flight to Calgary, Alberta with my wife. I am happy to report that our experience at the airport was fantastic. The airport itself is well-maintained and easy to navigate. The staff at check-in and baggage claim were friendly and helpful. However, the standout experience of our trip was the security screening process with the C.A.T.S.A. security screeners. They were extremely polite and went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. They were efficient and made sure we felt safe and secure throughout the process. Overall, I would definitely give Northwest Regional Airport a five-star review and highly recommend it to anyone flying in or out of the area.

The security checkpoint is a joke and disappointing. It’s poor layout and takes three times as long to go through then smaller airports. I arrived two hours before my flight two weeks in a row and almost missed my flight because of it. Two weeks in a row

I travel the world and this by far is the most condescending security I’ve seen. You’d think Glorified water bottle hunters would be a bit more humble. You guys are a joke!!

Well designed modern terminal with clean lines and bright views of the outside. Staff are super friendly and helpful!

Small, regional airport. Not much in the way of amenities (especially after security), and apparently the only pay parking in Terrace, but service was good and friendly. Certainly, I have no complaints.

It's okay airport with tons of expansion room in the future. The airport itself is a good size for the population here. Has a cafe and decent amount of seating area. It could be better if there was more seating area and a play area for kids.
