Great product !

This place is pretty good but I was disappointed in how few cats there were there. Not even any tabby cats.

I was impressed by the facility. Clean, efficient, and the staff appeared to be happy with their positions in the company.

As a possible professional partner/customer I asked for some information in WATTS TEKMAR company. After several attempts, I have to say, that the company does not have customer service but customer defence.

Astonished by how clean and shiney this place is.

As a consumer, I wanted to replace a faulty thermostat rtu054. I can not just buy one, have to go thru a dealer which last time took two weeks, even though Tekmar is in Vancouver and so is the dealer and so am I. Parts like this should be available to consumers easily. Have had two control 371 systems that failed. The second one took a month to get fixed by them. Will NEVER use their systems again in any of our houses. The plumber that installed this system even got things wrong, running pumps in the wrong direction so the education for the 'professionals' is not great. Tekmar was of no use to figure out why the system was not very efficient. Their manual however was good so i learned all about how to set it up correctly myself. Turned one of the 2 circulating pumps to pump the correct way, set the heating curves, balanced the system, and got it working well. I should be able to buy a simple control since i seem to know more than the professionals. BTW, $177 for they RTU...they are NUTS!

If you're doing hydronics, these are the guys to go to. They sure know their stuff.

Good company to work for

I spec and sell tekmar controls and love them, i recommend them for hydronic heating controls.
