To the person who wrote a bad review about Janette (salesperson talking to two ladies about sewage backup), hi that’s me! :) Janette is nothing short of sweet, understanding, and compassionate. She helped my mother and I with our issue as she also went through a similar situation herself. Her personality and professionalism is unmatched - best I’ve experienced at Amazon. Flooring came in much earlier than I expected, very thorough explanation of everything and she has great knowledge about these floors as well. Sometimes giving that extra time to customers in a dilemma goes a long way. Very sorry to the man who had to wait, but I hope you understand that she was giving a helping hand :)

At the front desk, the female sales agent was highly unprofessional. I wasn't sure if I was in a store selling hardwood or sewage. For 15 to 20 minutes, I stood in the store listening to this woman speak to two customers about backed-up sewage. The customer gave me several glances but the agent didn't once. Even though I made it obvious, that I was waiting for the nasty conversation—which had nothing to do with hardwood—to end, it seemed as though I wasn't there. I was able to get flooring for my 3000 ft.² projects next door.

The best service I have ever recieved at a flooring store, we went across the street and they didn't help us one bit. Janette was so amazing and I really appreciate your willingness to help and gave us an amazing deal. Thank you guys

We had Eddie-Carlos do the install. Pricing beat anyone out there, they were spot on with the materials, everything was on time and as expected. Our installer was just the best part of my day. Sang while he worked, loved what he did, and despite giving full right of refusal, took up our bathroom and kitchen tile without question. Unbelievable work ethic and determination to ensure we were 100 percent happy with our investment. You can't get this kind of service just anywhere these days, folks. Amazon hardwood center did this right and when I did something wrong, they fixed it. I wish there was something better than these reviews and word of mouth. It's not enough.

Absolutely awesome customer service. Jeanette was extremely knowledgeable in the industry and helped us to pick out the best hardwood. It’s a one stop shop here. They sold us the flooring, baseboards, trim and arranged install in a quick and efficient timely manner. I’ve been coming to Amazon Hardwood for 3 homes now and I’ve referred Amazon to all my friends and family. Thank you for all your hard work and patience, I know I can be difficult at times. You guys are amazing.

I see lot of comments about lady being rude. People are too quick to judge and have no patience perhaps.I bought close to 1000 sqft of solid wood. I have been many hardwood places but finally came to at Amazon flooring.Yes Janette was on the phone and asked me to wait. I was patience enough and after speaking with her within 15 mins I decided to place an order as she had the planks in stock. She was very knowledgeable and no nonsense right to business type of person. Her price was dead on that I didn’t have to negotiate. Other stores were quoting lower price with debit and higher with credit. At this location price was the lowest and I paid by visa and got the same price. Speaks about honesty.I wanted to pick up the order and asked Janette if it was possible with my van. She said couple of trips and she would help out load too! Long behold in two days she called me and told me that my planks were ready for pickup. She gave me the box dimensions over the phone. I went in with my old van though I was skeptical about whether even with couple of trips it was possible. But she came out with the skid on the forklift and had to just slide the boxes in van. And she helped out making sure they would fit properly.Two trips I picked up the whole load with Janette’s help. She even pointed out one damage box which I hadn’t noticed and told me either I could use as end pieces or she could get me a new box.I ordered the wickham solid boards so it’s well known brand.In a nutshell, people need to be patience and give Janette and this place a chance. I am sure you will not be disappointed. She is hard working, honest, sells quality and keeps her promises.

We recently had some business with this location and dealt with Janette. We needed a couple more boxes of vinyl flooring to finish off our home renovations. The moment my father got in contact with Janette, it was nothing short of amazing customer service. She was extremely helpful, very polite and knowledgeable. She gave my father clear directions on how to get our transaction approved as soon as possible, in order for us to have our boxes the very next day. Thank you so much for helping us so quickly Janette, we very much appreciate it!!

Questionable customer service - bought doors that are nice overall. I paid extra for them to cut the doors for me, which they didn't but they wouldn't refund me the fee they charged since it took me two weeks to contact them about it. They gave me wrong timelines for my orders multiple times. Finally my doors arrived with the wrong hinge colours too. Unsure how they fulfil orders. Wouldn't trust company with my order again.
