AP Notaire helped us when we were buying first home in 2021. The staff was super professional, especially Vegdar who helped us in understanding all documentation and processes. Ana was very professional and was always patently answer our questions. Highly recommended!

At the actual meetings they were very informative and professional and efficient but they were late in delivering information several times in the process (payment methods, final contracts) and there were several errors that we had to correct (spelling errors for names and incorrect fee from the bank that we had to chase ourselves, if we had the information from the notary sooner this would have been corrected and we wouldn’t have had to pay extra out of pocket.

Would not recommend, Me Pac was very unprofessional and rude. Does not provide any details to her billing. She forced us to do extra steps for the sale of our property that incurred additional costs on our part. Avoid.
