Dentistry @ Perth

I’m happy to write this review. This month I had to seek treatment on an emergency basis after developing an infection fromwork done by another dentist. Dr. ‘Nick’?, showed compassion and has sincerely tried to save the tooth. Also, Brenda, at reception, is warm and friendly which helps when people have medical appts., especially dental appts!It will be my pleasure to refer friends to this dentist.

Receptionist is not very friendly or helpful. You take or leave what she has to say. Not the dentist that makes you feel warm and cozy about going to.

This is where you want to be for all of your dental needs. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and, so helpful. They helped me manage all of my necessary work step by step. I am SO Glad I put myself in their hands. This is where you want to be.

When I told the Dentist that the side of my jaw hurt, he tried to show me how to massage it before he was done. I moved just in time but I became afraid. It was all good till that moment. (I won't see that Dentist ever again). (You don't press on someone's face when they tell you it hurts to touch it!!!) You would think that's a unwritten rule. He believed my face hurt cause of grinding, causing my muscles to hurt there, so naturally he wanted to show me what to do to alleviate the discomfort, (he was going to massage it). The thing is, uhhh, I have been grinding my whole life and this pain has never happened before so, why now? We r talking over 40 yrs of hard grinding. Well my Professional opinion is, maybe, Idk, but what I do know is he wasn't going to massage it on that day. Thanks but no thanks Doc. Now there is 2 Dentists there, so the Dentist that works Thursday and Friday treated me with the utmost care, so I appreciate him so much. Thank u for your tenderness and compassion.

We are so happy we found Dentistry @ Perth. Dr. Patel is amazing, he is kind and funny! Carolyn is also amazing, very nice and kind! Brenda and Shelby are also great for accommodating appointments and very kind! I love how the staff talk and have fun while working, it makes for a less tense visit for those who are nervous. I also love that almost every time I’ve went, when I walk in they are ready, On time and I don’t have to wait in the waiting room. They all make going to the dentist enjoyable!
