Angie at reception went above and beyond, she is amazing! The patients and staff are very lucky to have her at Oak Bay Medical. Dr. Nicholls made my visit very comfortable. She saw me right before closing and stayed after hours to get me in last minute, and she did not rush the appointment! Thank you !! Highly recommend this clinic.

Excellent full-service medical centre with several specialized practices - Has expanded in the years my family has been coming here yet the quality of care and superior service from the staff has never diminished. They care about treatment and prevention focussing on growing their medical knowledge and practices to embrace the wide variety of patients they serve.

Highly recommended! Staff were very professional, and Dr. Forsyth was extremely knowledgeable and kind.

I have been seeing Dr. Nicholls and Dr. Salem for several years. Both doctors are respectful and very knowledgeable. I love that they are not shy about looking up things if they are not sure. I have a rare autoimmune disease and even though they had never seen it before, they both did their research and are able to support the specialists in my treatment. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely nice Folks at Oak Bay. Had IUD put in here and with no pre Gynecologic experiences I felt extremely comfortable and taken care of. My doctor was dr Salem and him and his assistant made the experience as best as possible!

Best experience that I have ever had in Canada in Dr. Salem and his lovely staff Ms. Angie. Dr. Salem is so knowledgeable, so kind and understanding. He listens to you and will not let your concern go unattended until he finds the issue in your body. Such an amazing doctor! Thank you!

I moved to Oak Bay with Dr. Coppola. When he retired I transitioned to Dr. Sturgeon. She's just as fantastic as Dr. Coppola. She's compassionate and direct, as well as engaging. Very easy to talk to and she's thorough. The receptionists could definitely be friendlier on the phone, though. But, once you're in the office, they're actually quite nice.

Dr. Salem is a wonderful doctor. I've seen 2 others when he was away and they were great as well. Angie is always pleasant and helpful on the phone. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been going here ever since my husband and I found out we were expecting. We were young parents, and were worried of judgement but Dr. Salem made us feel so comfortable and prepared. He was there through every journey with us an such an amazing Doctor. Even at my labour he was by my side in the beginning while his shift was ending. I feel like he has always gone out of his way for his patients. This is not the kind of doctor you find anywhere, he an amazing human being and an excellent, knowledgeable doctor. When he says he will do something for a patient, he is right on it and you never have to worry about it being forgotten. After an IUD mishap, he did every thing possible to ensure I get the right care. Sending me in for an ultrasound and within 1 day of discovering a mitigating iud I was in touch with every resource possible. I feel very safe in this clinic and I highly recommend it. Excellent, prompt staff who are right on it and always committed to their patients. I have been to numerous clinics and never felt the welcoming, helpful, caring, educated experience anywhere else. I would give this clinic far more than 5 stars if I could. As I am perusing a career in heath care, I aspire to one day have a fraction of the dedication to my patients as some of the remarkable doctors at this clinic.You are in good hands if you are a Patient here.
