Good enough.Clean and dog friendly, but definitely dated. Tiles were stained (looked like dirt at first, but couldn't be scrubbed off...)Beds were old and rickety - imagine all of the instability of a 1970s waterbed, with none of the warmth.Wifi was poor - probably fine closer to the office, but we were in a second building around back.If you just need a place to crash as you're burning through SK, this place will do.Greenfell itself was cute - and the sunrise was simply amazing.

The room was smelly and dirty. The carpet was stained and grungy - don't take off your shoes! The floor in the bathroom was stained. The faucets in the sink and shower were ancient, corroded and barely worked. The door was covered in spider webs. There was no toiletries in the room. The beds were old, saggy, and it felt like sleeping in a bowl of Jello. If I could give negative stars, I would.

We stayed on the third floor and rooms were very big and cold. They felt too put together rp wasn't to make yourself at home in. But they had very comfortable beds (not as easy to fit in a duffle bag as the soap lol). The front desk clerk was friendly and my niece loved the pool. Very cool atmosphere in the lobby with a wide open feel and windows all around. Very bright. Convenient USB hubs at all the tables!

Homesteader Motel
Fast internet, lots of channels on satellite. Room was pretty cold but was very clean. The room and furniture is quite dated, but we enjoyed the retro feeling of the 1970s furniture and the wood paneling on the ceiling. The only big downside was the very old bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable. Overall we had a pleasant stay but are a little tired because of the uncomfy bed. Bonus points for the Nascar lamp in the room (see photo).

If i could give -3000 stars i would. They move your personal belongings! Take the bedding from the second bed. turn the heat off so its freezing when you get back during the colder months, turn the fridge down so all your stuff goes bad, oh and cant forget the stray cats! Keep your door shut or they come into your room and go to the bathroom everywhere! Straight up not a good time.

What hospitality. After a full day on the road, 1500 kms in the scorching sun i found this motel. The gentleman behind the desk wS so polite. I askex if there was somewhere i could buy a couple beer to relax with. Everything was closed. He went into his own fridge anx gave me 2. No issues no big deal. Well its a big deal for me. Made my day to ggive such a nice fellow my business.

No pubic toilet. Fridge and microwave in the rooms. Has Wi-Fi. Just off of the highway. Economical room for the night. Don't expect the parking lot to be clear.
