I cannot say enough good things about Laura and her team at the Queen of Floors! We ordered flooring for our project and right from the beginning, Laura made us feel like family. The service was exceptional, the delivery was as promised, and the willingness to help was something you rarely find these days! We would highly recommend visiting them for any of your flooring needs :)

From the first time meeting Laura it was like connecting with an old friend. I happened to come across a facebook ad for some tiles and thought I would go check it out. The selection offered is a lot more fun and different than all the box stores around. Pricing is also significantly better for better quality. I purchased the tiles and then ended up buying my flooring and countertops. Couldn't be happier with the product quality and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

I was purchasing from out of town and Laura was amazing to work with. She helped us via video call to choose our flooring and had it all ready for pickup. The vinyl planking we purchased is very durable and of good quality. I would definitely recommend Queen of Floors.

Laura and her husband are amazing! I purchased some stools from them online… And you never know what you’re going to get online! Not only were the stools exactly as described but they were better! As I live in Penticton and could not get to Kelona… They were very kind to assemble and bring them directly to me! My interaction with them financially was flawless and I felt very comfortable ordering from them! I can confidently tell you my experience was wonderful!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Laura, Henri, and the team at Queen of Floors & More. They have bent over backwards to accommodate our home renovation needs. Laura has been so patient and helpful as we picked out tiles and vinyl plank for two of our houses. She has bent over backwards to accommodate us when we changed our mind on one of the tiles we picked. I will absolutely be purchasing from them for all of my future projects and have already recommended them to everyone I know! Keep up the amazing service. It is so much appreciated. I already feel like part of the family!
