Furnace in my rental house went down in -40 degree weather and Josh was prompt getting it back up and running. Even went out of his way on a Sunday to get it working, he didn't have the right blower in stock but was able to get mine repaired enough to get it back up and running again. Needless to say my tenant was very happy. Was able to get the new part the very next day for me. I picked it up from him and install it myself. Will be highly recommending him to others.
