The best service ever! I can hear and it's incredible.

Suzanne MacLaren in conducting the hearing test was very thorough and exceptional in explaining both the working of my ears and the application of the hearing test relating to the condition I was experiencing. Very effective and educational! I recommend Suzanne without reservation or hesitation, she is obviously a dedicated professional.

Due to my early phase of hearing loss problem due to my age, my family doctor referred me to see a ENT specialist here. My specialist doctor was very professional and with a caring heart. Even though my aging issue remains, but he helps me to eliminate the possibility of other health risks and keep monitoring my problem annually. I'm glad to have service provided by this centre with such a focus vision for a collaborate team of professionals caring our needs. But wish there're more parking lots for visitors.

Major disorganization of a business. I stopped in to buy a package of batteries, $10.00 at that for 1 package, I go to pay, and the smallest bill I have is a 50, now they have no change and my batteries are stone dead. That's how you don't run a business.

They know what misophonia is, take it seriously, and offer ways of managing it. This was pretty life changing after being dismissed, ignored, and in one case mocked by other places I sought help.The staff will listen to you and not brush off questions. I never felt like I was being rushed or pressured. Everyone I met with was very professional.The parking situation is even decent. I've never struggled to find a spot.If you have any hearing issue give this place a try, especially if you've struggled to find somewhere that will treat misophonia. They know what it is and are very familiar with it in my experience.

Just went there for right ear stuffiness. The reception lady was very patient and thoughtful. The audiologist Suzanne was amazingly professional and experienced that she figured out my medical issue that I didn’t mention. Very nice and warm experience, highly recommend to anyone who has concern about hearing.

Cindy Schubert has been my audiologist here. She has been amazing. After my hearing test she described my life from a hearing perspective just from that test. She indicated that she was pretty sure that hearing aids would help. She provided different options and left me to choose. My new hearing aids have changed my life. The customer service from Cindy and this company continues to be outstanding. They do everything they can to make me my new hearing experience rewarding. I’ve had lots of friends with hearing aids and I’ve heard the complaints. Cindy has done her best to make sure I don’t have those experiences. A wonderful no pressure experience. These folks know their stuff. Couldn’t be happier.

Alyssa is very professional and patient answering all my questions. If you are looking for hearing aids I recommend you give them a try.
