Little Free Library for Dogs

A local gem. If you need a lead or harness come here. We’re planning on donating our outgrown stuff. It’s incredible. Huge thanks to the founders and librarians.

This is so wonderful! I picked up some leashes and collars to donate to residents of the DTES today, thank you to whoever donated these! I would love to see some vegan dog treats such as dried yams! We gave our food dehydrator away, otherwise I'd make some. I don't like to serve dead animals to animals, given that I think they all deserve to live happy lives of freedom.

Hands down the most magical place for doggos in the neighbourhood, with the best dog librarian one could ever ask for!! Jacqueline continues to outdo herself with each new initiative she brings to our community. My nervous little rescue dog looks forward to getting treats and posing for pics with his pals. He also gets treated like a celebrity by his favourite librarian! The Halloween/Easter crawls helped Landon build so many positive associations with the neighbourhood, which hasn’t always been easy for him. Jacqueline’s amazing initiatives helped us get to know so many awesome people and dogs in the neighbourbood, and she’s truly helped us come together as a community. Landon sends his love and gratitude!!

How lucky are we? Just around the corner and our new pup, Gaya has been so happy to get and give great stuff from this neighbourhood gem! Thanks so much for doing this!

A haven of happiness for you and your pups! This place pulls my heart strings, it’s so community minded it’s almost unreal. Lenny and Sasha make a visit almost every evening. We have taken and given, and enjoyed meeting folks with dogs in the neighbourhood and folks who just love dogs in the neighbourhood. Places like this make the world a little better! Thank you thank you!

A mystical, magical place that fills my pups with excitement and joy! We've made many furiends during our Sunday visits and we love attending the special events that are hosted by the amazing Librarians. It operates on the honour system, where you take only what you need and you donate what you can. I am so thankful that I discovered this neighbourhood gem. Looking forward to many more visits!
