Soft Landings

The team at Soft Landings did a fantastic job relocating my aunt into her new condo at a seniors complex. Moving is always stressful, but it can particularly challenging for older adults. However, the team demonstrated tremendous skill in getting my aunt packed, moved, and unpacked. The process went smooth, and my aunt is now comfortably settled in her new home.

Lynn and her team at Soft Landings are deeply compassionate and detail-oriented. The entire process was smooth and timely and each aspect of our project was met with sincerity, warmth, respect and kindness. We felt like Lynn and her team were part of our family from the first meet and greet to the final wrap up of our home (we were even surprised with warm, homemade crepes one morning!). Transitioning can be a tough experience at our parents' age and Lynn was with us every step of the process - we are deeply indebted to her and the team!

The team at Soft Landings, were excellent to work with, literally took over the sale and placement of my mother’s furniture as she transitioned to long term care. Jen helped me salvage some items for storage, then for the remaining items arranging for viewing, met buyers to pick up items and even took care of deliveries. This could have been a real headache as I just don’t have the time (or patience) to manage a process like this. Thankfully Jen just took over and handled it all without a fuss. Highly recommend!

Thank goodness Soft Landings came to my rescue. I was totally overwhelmed by the prospect of cleaning out a country acreage estate: house, shop, barn and granaries all filled with a lifetime’s collection of stuff. Then Lynn and her incredible team at Soft Landings came to manage my very big task. Their staff separated all the items into categories that we could sell, donate or send to the landfill. Through Lynn’s amazing network we were able to identify and sell many antiques and collectables and for higher prices than I imagined. Soft Landings also had the connections for the final house cleaning to make it ready for sale. I’m so glad I worked with Soft Landings or I might still be in a total dither!
