This was my first time at Hastings and I loved the experience - no wait time and excellent service. Marlo was amazing, his skill and experience was apparent from the start. Hands down one of the best haircuts I ever got! I’m looking forward to my next cut.

This has been my go to barbershop for a few years now. I've liked every haircut I've received here. When I recently found out I would be moving, there was a conversation in the shop about the importance of community that influenced me to keep looking in the neighborhood. The pandemic raised a lot of prices, but it's worth it for the experiences I've had at this shop.

Booked there an appointment for 2pm. Took a day off work. To get there in time, I leave earlier than early, still get there 10 minutes late because of the TTC and get turned away. When I asked if I was really turned away over 10 minutes, they told me they have someone booked for 2:30 (despite haircut slots being 20-40 minutes on resurva). What's annoying is that almost every time I went there, I had to wait but the one time I was late, I wasn't given the same courtesy.
