The employees follow customers around and stand there with their arms crossed like they're security guards. Everytime I step foot in this store I feel like I'm a criminal.They watch you while you browse; they'll constantly ask if you need help to the point where you cant think. You'll look at the hats, turn around and there will be two behind you somewhere standing at attention and pretending not to stare at you.Its been like this for years.I keep going in every once and awhile to see if they've changed, but nope.I purchase my products elsewhere and will continue doing so until they start treating customers with dignity and respect.

Meh, I went in today to look for some warm clothes for fall/ winter and they didn't have anything. Limited sizes, all the employees were just walking around watching people. Made me feel uncomfortable, so I just left. Disappointed to say the least. All their swimwear was 25% off though. But summer is gone, should get with the program. Off to Mark's Warehouse for me.

Prices are higher than average for almost everything here, however this is one of the few places in town that sells frolfdisk's/accessories

I came to buy shoes for my son. I wore my mask for most of my shopping but decided to take it off because I had trouble breathing. Staff were very disrespectful, mean and told me to leave if I don’t put my mask back on. Nobody asked me if I have an exception or anything like that. Very poor customer service! I was very disappointed with the way I was spoken to, very disrespectful and condescending. I will never come to shop here again. I made an extra effort to support your local business but staff made me feel they don’t care about clients and didn’t care if I spent my money there. Very rude and made feel like I was a criminal. I’ll never shop at your store again and I’ll tell everyone about my experience!I ended up going to a different store and bought similar shoes. The staff in the other store were respectful of my decision to wear or not wear a mask.

I went in to buy new shoes, was acknowledged within a minute . Was helped by 2 sales people. Both pretty knowledgable even the one who told me she was pretty new to the job. She was very kind and helpful. I left with a pair of shoes that fits me well and I am happy. I also got to the till expecting to pay 100+ $ for my shoes and my total came to 55 $.Very pleased.

I went in yesterday and two of the women there were so helpful. Helped me find tshirts and a carry-on travel bag. Really good customer service! By accident, they overcharged me for one item, computer glitch, and they were very apologetic and refunded me very quickly . Very sincere and accommodating. I will go back. Very good quality

Went in today to buy a scooter for my sons birthday. The specific one I chose was the last one left and the box was ripped up and re-taped. I mentioned it to two different employees and was told “well the box shouldn’t affect the scooter at all.” Understandable, but when I am buying it as a gift and the box has already been ripped open and taped back up isn’t exactly ideal. Usually if an item has been used on display it is discounted or something if that is the last one left, just wasn’t very impressed with the lack of care from the employees in their responses.

Visited the store today. We walked from home and stopped at a few stores down town. This one unfortunately was the only one who’s staff followed us around the store keeping an obnoxious eye on us. When we went to leave I heard one staff say the another “ok good they are headed to the front they are leaving now”We made our purchase an left. Unfortunately we won’t support your store again. If you want to judge a mother with two kids an a stroller as shop lifters, by all means. But I for one will not return back to your store to be treated so poorly. It’s embarrassing and judgmental of you. And I will not let my children fall victim to your ignorance. We just bought a bike for our son a few months back from you guys, and he actually really likes your store. But we will find other stores locally or down island to shop at and support from now on.

I was into your store at the beginning of May and bought my daughter a pair of great shoes. so when I needed a new pair I went back in on May 31st. I want to complement the young man who helped me on the 31st! This young man took the time to explain the differences between the various types of sport shoes. I never knew these differences and how they are designed for different applications. I am not an athlete, just a very busy mum who is on her feet cleaning lodges all day. Thanks to the help of your young staff member, my feet, ankles, knees and back are shouting out a big THANK YOU!!!!Thank you for training your staff in these things, it made a BIG difference in my shoe shopping experience!!
