I recently used Lisa and her team for a real estate transaction. Having never done one myself before, she walked me through the steps patiently and was very understanding and clear. As our sale was a private one, it required a far more dedicated and experienced lawyer, (than the regular lawyer we would have gone too) as with private sales the lawyer essentially also take on the role of lawyer and real estate agent.
