Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton N - St. Albert, an IHG Hotel

Best bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. Very soft and comfortable.If you’re going for the pool, pick a different hotel. It’s very small and very cold. They do lessons at this location and block off part of the pool. Instructor was rude to my son over playing with toys, he’s a toddler. It was as if we were an inconvenience to them.Breakfast attendants need to change shifts, not morning people. Decent breakfast anyway.I’d book somewhere else next time.

We would like to thank starting with room reservations, Joy, very efficient at her job and accommodated our request. Big, big thank you, Joy! The staff that night, Michelle and Garret at the front office, seemless check-in although they were slammed that night due to group check-ins of hockey teams but still served with a smile. Rooms were clean and spacious. I did not stay overnight but my friends were happy and the breakfast was good, they said. Good job to the management team of this hotel. We will book again here.

Trying to get off the highway to this hotel is painful. Parking is also a nightmare as it looks like they dug up half their parking lot to start of foundations for small buildings.The rooms are nice and clean, the pool is good, breakfast is quite good, the soundproof rooms when you have children is awesome but the difficulty of having no easy access and needing to find parking several buildings away while traveling with kids really brought my opinion down. There should be a warning on their website.

I stayed here one nights stay, last night. Called and confirmed ahead of time and mentioned that my colleague wasn’t able to come and asked if I could switch from 2 queen bed room to a king bed room. The man on the phone was so kind and accommodating. Arrived at 6:30pm and was greeted with a smile by the front desk lady. No wait time for check in and room was CLEAN spotless and big and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was nice. The gym was well stocked. Free breakfast until 9:30 and I was totally satisfied with the hotel. Thanks!!! Kudos to the cleaning crew this place is clean clean!

Service was impeccable !We needed to check in super early, but the hotel was full. Thankfully, Judy was able to help us out!She got us a really clean nice room ! She was so friendly and understanding!The entire staff were great!I highly recommend this hotel :)

If someone is wanting to stay in St. Albert, this is the hotel to book. My husband and I cannot say enough about the excellent service from Garrett, the Front Desk Manager to Joy the most gracious and friendly Hostess at the free breakfast buffet (which is also amazing). With such a variety of foods, absolutely no one should leave there hungry. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The amenities offered are convenient and very much appreciated. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool, waterslide, and hot tub were very well maintained. The fitness room looked awesome but due to time constraints, we were unable to utilize it. Overall, we felt pampered and thankful for a wonderful and memorable experience.
