My sister asked me to go in to see if what she put on hold for a Christmas present at this location was correct. I walked in with my mask under my chin as I was ACTIVELY DRINKING A STARBUCKS (which FYI is allowed as per AHS rules and regulations in terms of Covid 19) I decided to stop in quick to take a look at what was on hold and grab it. The dark haired woman at the counter (working evening shift on Tuesday November 30th 2021) demanded I pull up my mask when I walked in before I could even say anything as I was, once again, actively drinking a late. I told her I was drinking something and she told me it didn’t matter and to pull it up. She was incredibly aggressive and rude. I decided not to purchase based on this alone. I told my sister about this and she told me they were very rude over the phone when she was inquiring about the product as well. Will never purchase from this store ever again. Which I always tried to support since dvds and cds are after all a dying product. Walmart and Amazon have the same products for cheaper anyway.Good job chicky.

It was a great experience today. We were greeted as soon as we entered, and the associate who helped found exactly what we were looking for and brought it to us so we didn't have to wait long. And the cashier was a pleasure to speak to, very nice and well spoken.

I have a little bit of an addiction collecting Tragically Hip “stuff”. I had been looking high and low for their box set and was finally able to find it at The St. Laurent mall location. Isa took the time to help me find the best one of three they had and made me feel my business was valuable even though she was obviously very busy. Thanks again, Isa.

Great service, could really use a change room though to try on the abundance of clothes they now have.Staff was outstanding! Prices were great! Lots of different products to choose from. Great gift ideas. Not just a music store, lots of pop culture products here.

They say they have every genre of music yet when I go to look for K-pop it’s just a tiny stand for it and there’s only Bts. I love Bts but I like other groups, it makes me not want to go there anymore

I go there to browse their vinyl. While their prices are competitive, their selection is a little lacking in my opinion. But you can't always carry something for everybody. Lots more than just vinyl though. Interesting gifts, games, posters, etc. Friendly staff.

We always find something cool here and the staff are really great.

Staff are always helpful!!! They'll order your cd if they don't have it in store!! They're also great at making recommendations for artists who are in the same genre that you are looking for!! Never had a problem with them at all!!! Thanks guys for being awesome!!

Great service at times. The only issue is the box at the front of the store where they keep CDs by artists or bands that have allegations against them. They have it labeled “rape box”I do recommend maybe not having that written on there, or at least hiding it when grabbing something for a customerWhen I purchased something from that box, the cashier kept making me feel bad about liking this bands music. Which is the only problem I have with sunrise. Other than that, it’s nice to have a record store in the mall.

I often wonder how they come up with the sales price. When I bought records year ago I don't believe I ever paid over 20. Now that's not even the bottom.
