Sunglass Hut

I hate to have to write this because I had an awesome experience when I made the purchase (left a great review on the survey I was sent). I got a call from the sales associate today (one I had spoken with in-store the day I bought and the day before) at 5:30 letting me know my sunglasses had arrived. I told her I will come right after I'm done work at 6:00 and she said ok. I got there at 6:15 and as I was approaching the store, she was just leaving. She was the only salesperson working so the doors were shut with a sign saying they'd be back soon. I looked through a few other stores as I waited for her to get back. No worries, maybe she had an emergency to look after. I was in another store across from Sunglass Hut when I saw her walking back, so I started making my way over there. We made brief eye contact then she abruptly turned away from the door and kept walking down the hall to look in a store. She came back after a minute and I gave her a moment to get the door unlocked. I then approached the store and said in a happy tone, You're back! You left right as I was approaching the store." She coldly said

Purchased a pair of sunglasses here and love them. Angelica helped us pick them out and was very knowledgeable on proudcut and helped us decide on a great pair. Thank you!

Amazing customer service! the store manage and staffs are very supportive. the sales person was very friendly and patient, answered with all our questions and helped us to get a great pair of sunglasses.

Lots of great varieties to choose from. They will have sales from time to time so keep an eye out for some deals. Love their branded glass cleaners. Especially the Sunglasses Hut branded version since you do get free refills whenever you run out. Staffs are friendly, helpful and accommodating when you need assistance.

Rosita was incredibly helpful. She was patient with the multiple pairs I tried on. She was honest and knowledgeable when I asked her for her opinion. She had great initiative and insight and kept bringing a selection to try on. With all of her help, there was no way I was leaving without buying a pair!

The Cataraqui Centre location of SGH was excellent in helping me find a solution to a damaged pair of expensive sunglasses when management at the Quinte Mall location felt the better path was to chastise, gaslight, and outright lie to the customer. The employees in Kingston were empathetic to the situation and helped me use the Sun Love warranty I had purchased with the sunglasses.

Was in the mall to look for new sunglasses and didn’t even bother stopping because the guy behind the counter was stuffing a A&W burger in his mouth so I kept walking. You’re a business. If you’re on break then don’t be behind the counter. If you’re not on break then don’t be chomping down a burger.
