The Great War Flying Museum | To honour the pilots who served with gallantry and distinction during the Great War of 1914 – 1918. | The Great War Flying Museum is open to the public Victoria Day Weekend to Labour Day Weekend. Tuesday/Thursday 11am-3pm and Saturday/Sunday/Holidays 11am – 4pm. Closed all other times. Great War Flying Museum
Super interesting place for WW aviation passionates. Very good tour guides, all volunteers. It takes just a small donation, no fixed price. A hidden jem in Ontario!

Great War Flying Museum
Have several WW1 planes. Really cool artifact museum next door. The volunteer staff are very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable & informative. Certainly worth the time, effort and donation. The brampton flying club also cool place to have a snack and watch planes

Definitely a local gem. Came two times once on a weekend and another on the airport day. The people there are very knowledgeable.

Great War Flying Museum
A very interesting facility with volunteers who are very knowledgeable about the early years of flight. They have a surprisingly large collection of (operating) aircraft and fabricate parts onsite which is also very interesting for young makers. I was told for a $200 membership they will take you up for a flight!

Great War Flying Museum
Amazing experience! We happened to go on Airport Day which happens once a year mostly in September. It is a fundraiser event. Very knowledgeable for children. You get to see war reenactment by classic planes , vintage cars on display. Train ride and Airport tour. Even plane ride if you are willing to pay for it. Overall it was fun day for our family and weather helped a lot. Ample parking space.

Great War Flying Museum
We had no idea this place existed and noticed it on Google maps as a good distance for an ebiking destination. Really enjoyed it. The members were so friendly and happy to share their knowledge of WWI and the biplanes and triplanes. They have a lot of interesting artifacts and several complete planes with a few more under repair/rebuild. Apparently they have a couple events planned for the season so we will try to attend if we can. Highly recommend this gem.

Nice place to go!lot of things to see. The staff are volunteers but love to give all information you may need. $5 donation is least to support this nice place.
