The worst BMO's branch that I have ever seen. I just wanted to open a business chequing account (no credit cards, no loans). The financial advisor Camille Besner took all our IDs, and she disappeared. It is already 3 weeks she doesn't answer our calls, emails, even the branch manager or frontdesk girl couldn't help us, they are just fully ignoring us, without any explanation why we have such a delay.

Succursale très problématique il n'arrive pas à trouver et maintenair leur staff. Parfois il n'y a aucun caissier sur place et pas de services de caisse. D'autres les horaires sont changées sans préavis. Depuis ue j'utilise ce service la planificateur financier a changé plusieurs fois. La succursale ne retourne pas les appels pour prendre rv

**AVOID THIS BRANCH!**We had an appointment with Jonathan Elie, both my fiancé and I took the day off to be available for the meeting.Upon arrival, Mrs. Nancy Hajjar tells us to take a seat and that Mr. Elie will be with us shortly.about 5 to 7 minutes later she informes us that he is actually not at work today.We totally understand emergencies could easily happen, but that's not the issue, the issue is that we go no phone calls, it's the least we expect from a bank that literally has all of our information.After letting Mrs. Nancy Hajjar know that we took the day off, I asked her if someone else might have time for us she then calls a different branch to book us an appointment, (which was great because the other advisor was amazing! ) As she is talking to the person at the other branch her choice of words makes it seems as if we missed the phone call and that it's somehow our fault we showed up. (even though I showed her my call log to prove that I didn't miss any calls that day).In my personal opinion as someone that works in customer service and that deal with life's uncertainties everyday, I find that her service was totally unacceptable and I feel if I hadn't pushed to get an appointment elsewhere she would have done nothing.Needless to say we will be avoiding this branch at all cost :)

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas 0 étoiles car c'est la valeur du service BMO ces temps ci.Pas de retours d'appels, pas de service, accès bloqués sous des prétextes fallacieux et du personnel qui fuit devant ses responsabilité.Ce n'est pas la banque qui est au service des clients, mais les clients qui sont à son service.Une honte!!!!!

un simple appel pour un solde de pret automobile 1.30 attente au téléphone et toujours en attente wow

Cette succursale est de loin la pire de toutes les succursales de toutes banques confondus. Je fais affaire avec cette branche seulement UNE FOIS PAR ANNÉE pour faire un dépot dans un compte. Une fois par année pour un dépot! Je dois prendre un RDV d'avance et à chaque année je dois appeler contamment et laisser des messages et JAMAIS une fois j'ai un rappel sans avoir besoin d'appeler multiples fois. Leur sacré message a le culot de dire Votre Appel est Important pour Nous.... NON, pas vrai! Leur sacré message dit NOUS VOUS RAPPELERONS AVANT LA FIN DE LA JOURNÉE. Non, pas vrai!Je ne veux pas de vos réponses à casette à ce message car cela fait des années et si vos client seraient importants pour vous, vous retourniez leurs appels.C'est honteux de traiter des clients comme ca.

Worst service in BMO 2Pl Laval…the employee was not professional and her solution was advising me to go to bank laurentinne or RBC next door and withdraw money…
