Always great service but often out of stock of certain products...call before you go if you're looking for something specific

The ladies here are so nice, they were so sweet to my daughter as well when she was rocking in her car seat.

Always a problem cashing out when charging. Takes forever for confirmation and always problems with their system. Makes me not want to shop there but I need the products for my job.

Popped in the other day, they barely had any esthetics products. The shelves were bare. I know with covid- it has been harder for suppliers to get product but Cosmoprof on Pembina usually has/offers more than the Century location. The lady up front was not friendly and looked like she didn't want to be there.

Went just after 5 on a Wednesday store was locked with nothing saying they were closed. Tried to call but the line was busy. That's when I saw the employee in the car next to me just as they started to drive off. Who closes an hour early with no closed sighn. Not my first bad experience with this one. Certainly not going there again.

I have been in the industry and shopping at this business for 15 years. Today I was treated very I kindly by a woman working there, because I had my two children with me. I still carries on hushing my children and often reminding them not to touch anything or to run around. She even tried coming and telling me to keep them quiet. I’m a retail store with no one in it by the way. So when I asked to speak to a manager or owner or to have their name and number she sent someone out fr the back who said she was the manager with much uncertainty in her voice. So I asked her if she was lying, where she then admitted that she was the assistant manager. At which point I felt like I wasting my breath. Bottom line this company discriminates against working women with children shopping in their store.

Have been dealimg with this company for over 30 years. All the staff are great! They know all the products I use. And let me know if sales are comomg.

Beauty needs for wholesale supplies and personal use in plenty , also of good quality, will definitely be going again , though I wish they wouldn’t close at lunch time.

Was told they will not sell product to you UNLESS you are a professional aesthetician or hairdresser. Went in to purchase some Kiara Sky products (which I can purchase directly from Kiara Sky themselves with no issue) and they refused to sell them to me. If you need to be licensed to buy product from them it should state that clearly on their webpage.Their collection of said products was also sparse.
