My wife and I have been going to the Wellington Street location in Kingston since it opened many years ago, and Stephanie is our ‘go-to’ Optician who is always patient, professional, skilled and pleasant to deal with! We trust her to get us not only good prices, but also the best service!Recently, after careful assessment, and adjustments to the new glasses’ nose pads and arms, she decided to send the glasses back to Pearle to get the reading area modified so I would; not have to tilt my head down 15 degrees to get things in focus. I do appreciate her willingness to do what is needed to get things working properly for us!!She is the main reason we keep coming back to Pearle as it is SERVICE that matters to us the most.

Shawn Redmond provided courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough support in selecting and fitting glasses most appropriate to the needs of myself and my spouse. He answered all of our questions, helped us understand the choices facing us, and made the experience comfortable and positive. We will definitely be coming back, and we will recommend his store to our friends.

Do NOT buy your glasses from Pearl Vision Kingston. I made the mistake of purchasing the extended warranty on my set and it is a complete scam. I will not be shopping here again.

Have been coming in here for four years now: expert, friendly, and really take the time to go over everything, check everything, and help you out. Neil is especially thorough and caring - a level of care and professionalism that increasingly is rare. And in previous years Stephanie has been very willing to check what my insurance would cover and to try to get me the best deal. Just a really terrific place.

I was given the cost of the lens upfront and with this information I was able to shop for the frames based on style and cost of the frame and the total cost wasn't a mystery because I already had the cost of the lens known. When you are in a cost conscious situation this was most perfect. Whereas a competitor wouldn't give me the cost of the lens until I picked out some frames. So as I'm looking at the different frames and different costs I have no way of doing mental math to see what the total would be, would it surpass my benefits or not and should I put the frames in the tray or not. I didn't like how I felt at the competitors so I gave them back their tray empty and returned to Pearl Vision as I did my due diligence and shopped around and found their customer service, costs and style all worked well for me.

Stephanie was great! She listened to what I wanted and helped me to find the perfect Oakley sport sunglasses for my lifestyle.

Had an annual eye exam here. The staff was very kind and there was no wait time. The facility was clean and spacious.
