Impossible to speak to anyone over the phone. I had a simple question about car stereo installation and couldn't get through the automatic anwsering machine system for 15 minutes! They always refer you to the website. Tried online chat as well which wasn't any help at all.

A couple of weeks ago we when to bestbuy in Sherbrooke QC. and we were attended by a worker named Kelsy, and we were really satisfied with her help, her service was respectful, very nice, and professional, we thank bestbay for workers like her, to whom we give 5 stars and recommend her to any client .

I was going for a external hard drives, didn't find it on the external hard drive sections. There were no indication I was required to ask for it (like maybe a card with the picture of the drive that you could bring up to the cash registers). There were only one representative for the whole section who was busy. Other section had two. I came to get help near the cash registers. There were only one employee who talk to the phone for about 8 minutes. Nobody could even pay their purchases. Once I finally had the chance to ask for the external drive, he transferred me to the other section for Internet Pick Up.I do believe that adding cards" of product like these that can be easily stolen would have made the experience more interesting. Probably would have bought it in 15 minutes instead of the near 30 minutes it took. Employee were somewhat kind

I place an order and it supposed to be delivered on 30th December but it didn’t . I contacted the customer service three times and each time they assured me that the order will be delivered within 24hours.Each time I asked them change the delivery option to a pick up in local store but each time they postponed it. I kept telling them I will leave for vacation and I need the laptop I ordered!After week of waiting , again I contacted customer service and they told me it is stolen and I need to wait for investigation!I asked them arrange another order in the same price in store, but they told me I have to wait! While I needed the laptop very much as I was leaving for vacation soon!The customer service were not helpful and they were rude to some extent, they didn’t try to help and the only things they were telling me was! Oh you have to wait!!!I do not recommend online service in Best Buy at all!The customer service is not helpful

I went to buy a 75 inch TV and a washing machine. After trying so hard to find someone to process our order, we had to leave the store. They said they are short staffed. You lost $4,000 just because there was no one to help your potential customer.

Don't even bother. There are tons of better appliance, and electronic / PC stores. The customer service is the main issue. Attempted to order appliances online, and now I'm left in a house with no refrigerator or stove. Better off ordering from somewhere that is actually able to deliver appliances.

Impossible to get ahold of customer service, everything in the store is overpriced compared to Amazon, bought a 'refurbished' PC from here that broke down just after the warranty expired. Huge waste of $400, couldn't be angrier.
