Justin's crew transformed the outside of our house, adding a porch and roof line. The crew was always on time, and very professional to work with. They had great ideas and were very accommodating to ours. We are so thrilled with how everything turned out. We would highly recommend this crew!

Justin and his crew showed up on time and took a wall down in my kitchen. It was fast and clean! I have little kids and 4 hours after they started they were gone and so was my wall, it was like they were never there! They swept and even washed the floor, pretty sure it was cleaner when they left then it was before they got there! Absolutely recommended. Excellent customer service. Justin also made sure everything was super safe for my kids, which I absolutely appreciated. Thanks Guys, great job.

Justin was very professional and explained everything as we went along. He was quick to respond and the quote was expected. They took an empty above garage space and turned it into a one bedroom executive style apartment. During the job, he and his crew were up to the many challenges they faced with the soil and rocks hidden in the ground in Glenrosa. Also with whatever extras I needed done. Subcontractors used were good and on time. The finished product is beautiful.

We had an amazing experience with Justin and his team. We use OUC for a massive reno: kitchen (with 2 walls taken out and removed a window), all 3 of our bathrooms were redone (added a custom shower to our ensuite), new flooring, updated the electrical panel & lighting, painting and tile work.The communication with Justin was amazing. My hubby and I both work shift work and Justin was extremely flexible and always got back to me quickly. He was extremely detailed with his quote and I couldn't believe he stayed on budget.Justin's crew were super good to work with (Andy who was always there was amazing!) and on time. Even when we ran into a few issues, Justin quickly dealt with it and kept us in the loop.Justin and his team took what we had envisioned and more and beautifully transformed out place. We will definitely be using them again for anything we have in the future.

We used Okanagan Urban Contractors to renovate our office space. They were very prompt in responding throughout the project. The project was completed on time, on shorter time frame than quoted to us by another builder. Great attention to detail. We would definitely use them again!

I can't say enough good things about the team at Okanagan Urban Contractors. They performed a full commercial space build out on a shell unit to create my vision of my beautiful clinic. Justin made sure to stay within my budget and even came under budget a little in the end. The build out went smoothly and they were even there to help when a flood accident (that was not their fault) occurred after the clinic was finished. I know I will call on Justin and his team to help with any projects or issues in the future.

Justin and his team care about the finished product and strive to provide amazing workmanship in all areas of a build. Justin and his crew came to my place to build a mezannine in my garage. They gave me various options for the build, and of course, I went with the most difficult for space savings. They completed the build in no time, and made sure I was happy with every detail. Im a perfectionist, but they went above and beyond what I expected and I am very happy with the result. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Its not often you work with a construction crew that is more detail oriented than yourself, and this one exceeded that and then some! Thanks Guys!

We had a phenomenal experience with OUC. Justin was great with helping us redesign one large bedroom into two. Every contractor we had in was professional and did great work. Carpenter Andy was excellent. Clean work, attention to detail and fair priced. Already have recommended to friends and will continue to in the future.
