Very bad experience live here for a year worst experience ever no management no maintenance. Does not recommend to anyone no one listing for complaints or if something damaged don’t expect for repairs it never happen does not matter how many times you put complaints. Does not good for living no one try ti stuck into lease over there

Worst apartment service I’ve ever seen. Our refrigerator is not working. Its been 3 weeks we are calling maintenance even I went to office but still nobody took any action about it. I will not recommend these apartments.

Management failed completely to control the disturbance from upstairs apartment. We have made several phone calls and also provided the written documentation many times regarding the loud walking and running whole day from upstairs apartment, but specially at night time from 9 pm to 5 am (that is usually our sleeping time, but we hardly get enough sleep due to these disturbances). They are still running while I am writing this review as the time is 9.25 pm. I didn’t want to write this review, but the poor management left us with no choice. We woke up many time while sleeping due to these disturbances. Management is doing nothing to control the disturbance. Very disappointing. There is no option to provide 0 star. But, I would give 0 star.

Shane did a wonderful job today at 104-1185 Leila Ave. He fixed my toilet handle in couple of minutes and he never disappoint me I was so worried last night about it and ask for emergency fix and he showed up early morning which is great.Always love to see quick services like thatI really appreciate his servicesThanks

We are complaining about water leakage in our room from 2 months but they aren’t fix it, Along with this the washing machine and electric stove or gas does not work which have been mentioned to them 100 of times.

Good maintenance, thanks special Shane .He did wonderful job but request was completed after 3 weeks
