I got my South African police clearance certificate from this place. It took them around 3 weeks to get the digital copy to me. They were smart and got 2 copies of my fingerprints in case something went wrong, they handled all document certification so I didn’t have to deal with the South African Police Service. However, I feel like I was ripped off. Initially on the call I was told it would cost around 600 CAD, then near the end of the call the lady said 1000 CAD. I still went in because I was desperate to get this for a job application. At the counter I was told it would cost 1500 CAD to get this done. Again, I paid because I was desperate. Later I found a South African company that did it quicker and cheaper.Edit in reply to your response: I did use another service after I received your initial report because your report said it could take 30-90 business days. This did not give me peace of mind because I wouldn’t have had a job if it took that long. The other company I used was a South African company. That means I had to get my ink rolled fingerprints taken here in Canada and courier them to Pretoria. I still got the certificate before your company and it only cost around 450 CAD in total. Which is why I felt ripped off. I just don’t understand how you can justify a 1500 CAD price. Can you give a detailed breakdown of what makes up that cost?

the staff was really nice to me. please call first to make an appointment.. it's by appointment only.you have to make sure you bring all your documents and then fill out a form there. they will take a picture of you and scan all your legal documents. then finally sign the waivers and then they ask you to wash your hands to get a clear scan. she went through all the details clearly with me. all in all it was 20 minutes so don't assume to be in and out in a minute.. lastly, they only take cash or debt. cheers!
