A perfect example of how a local monopoly leads to complacency and poor service. Competition is not why small businesss fail, it is inferior products and services when superior ones become available.The attitude at the service desk is customer repellant. Bring on the competition

They are geared toward the professional plumbers. As a DIY, I have the skill set to do the job but lack some of the knowledge about fitting names or what's new or the nitty gritty details. They're no help at this place. Too bad, they're missing a big part of the market. If you dont know exactly what you need go to Home Hardware.
