The Brick

We have been back to the Brick location on three occasions now to help our granddaughter to get everything she needs for her new apartment. The selection and price points were unbeatable on couches, beds etc. This is like a one stop shop for us. However, the most outstanding part of coming here is the service. Aaron was present, friendly and helpful...no pressure just great service. I highly recommend this store and don't forget to ask for Aaron!

We have purchased our stove, laundry center and mattress from The Brick in Woodstock. Excellent service every time and product is as promised. Our latest purchase is a new fridge, sales team was amazing as always and took the time to go through almost every model they had available as we were looking for very specific options. They will continue to be our go to for any items that they carry.

I came in a few times this month looking for furniture for our living room. One of the staff, Aaron, was very informative and helpful with my purchases. I bought a washer/dryer set at The Brick a few years ago and the same statement applies to that experience as well. Great spot to look for new furniture!

Aaron and the team at the Woodstock store are nothing short of AMAZING!We had to get new furniture and appliances after a fire in our home. To add some complexity the initial order needed to be placed through Head Office, but that didn't matter to Aaron and his team, they communicated with me on numerous delays and made arrangements to get my items delivered when they did arrive.On delivery Tyler and his partner were as awesome as the store staff making sure I was fully satisfied with the purchases and that I had no questions. They even apologized for not being able to take the boxes away which needed to be kept for 30 days in case of any claims.Thank you Aaron and team for making what was a frustrating situation to begin with into one that was a smooth as it could be. Your communication and attention to getting things resolved quickly was so much appreciated. I will definitely be making your store the stop for my future needs!!

The staff and manager, Aaron have assisted us with several purchases in the past year. Knowledge of products to upcoming sales, never leaving us hanging. The store manager at The Brick in Woodstock, NB has been beyond helpful to us with a few separate purchases. Every time we’ve needed assistance he has been there to answer questions, inform us of all sales and deals, look up anything we ask him too and has simply provided all around great service. He is always transparent and honest, and the same can be said for all other staff we’ve dealt with there. We will continue to shop at the Brick anytime our family needs to make a big purchase.

Over the past 2 years I have purchased several pieces of furniture from the Brick including a bedroom set, couch, freezer, etc. They are wonderful to deal with, absolutely incredible customer service. Woodstock area is lucky to have this store and it's staff.

We had gone to the Brick in Fredericton and ended up getting the wrong couch sold to us, after returning it the correct couch was no longer on sale. The Brick in the Regent mall did let us return the wrong couch for a restock fee but by that time the correct couch was no longer on sale. We just went to the Brick in Woodstock and in a 1/4 of the time we had the correct couch ordered and still saved more on it and the matching chair than was offered as savings at the mall. Highly recommend sticking local! Great customer service and they were all more than willing to rectify the situation! Thank you

The Brick Woodstock is exceptional in Customer service and care. The team is helpful ,friendly , personable and knowledgeable with all their products. It is the first place I go to when I need something or I'm just browsing for an accent piece!
