Love this place! Not only do they have a great selection of delicious, easy and affordable foods, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the store is immaculate! I much prefer coming here over going to safeway/save on. Its a more enjoyable shopping experience and there's so much variety! 10/10!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Richmond store. Firstly I tried to place an online order at 4:15 in the afternoon for pickup that day and at checkout could not pick up my order until the following day (useless to me). I decided to go directly to the store which is close by and was told that the seniors discount was only available on Tuesdays but online it is available any day of the week. I really think that management should re-vamp their policies. Needless to say I returned my order to the assistant and do not think that I will be returning to the store any time soon. Very very disappointed.

Great service and wonderful food choices. When you want convenience, but don't want to pay a fortune for restaurant food delivery, this is where to go. Great assortment of appetizers, desserts and everything in between. We like the artichoke cheese dip and the French onion soup ( I add a smidge of Sherry to each serving), how quick and easy is that! All the desserts are fantastic, too tall cakes, brownies and mini cream puffs, a sweet table in an instant. I just picked up their Prime rib burgers, they are gluten free and the perfect portion for a bunless burger or one with a bun.

Haven't been here for awhile...they've added some new items and have a great selection. Friendly, helpful staff and prices are quite reasonable compared to similar products found elsewhere. I find the quality superior to regular frozen food you find in grocery stores. I'll be back more often.

By far the WORST service ever experienced in all MnM's locations. White haired lady acted like she was entitled to have customers follow her orders. She offered no help to find items and smugly advised that the items are classified by type in each freezer. No smile, no greeting, just plain arrogance. She seems like she has a chip on her shoulder and being in an empty store she has nothing better to do than to stir up drama. I will never visit this location anymore.

White haired lady in store was a complete witch. It's the not the first time either. Completely empty store at 1pm on a Tuesday and she is demanding that I use a full size shopping cart (the store is the size of a small master bedroom) to put my 3 boxes of goods in. I explained that I just had dental implantsurgery and it was easier for me to put the boxes on the counter, but she told me no. She was immediately right behind me wiping down every door handle and glass case I walked by. I told her she was being unreasonable and off putting with her tone, demands, and attitude. She replied that consistency is the key
