Very good service. Prices are great. Staff is welcoming and informed. Excellent workmanship as I had a gold bezel made for a 1964 Canadian silver dollar so that I could hang it from a long chain to wear with sweaters, etc. I was very happy with the final result and have had many compliments while wearing it.

I have purchased a few items here. They are wonderful to deal with. I have purchased 2 custom rings as well as earrings, and a gold chain. Prices are fair and workmanship is superb. I recommend them ever time

I'm someone who only wears pretty sentimental jewelry. When I need something fixed I often do a lot of research to make sure my piece isn't shipped out to other locations and that overall, their customer satisfaction is high. This location is honestly unmatched...My mom passed away earlier this year and I wear a necklace with a charm she gave me. I sadly got the charm caught on something and not only broke my chain, but bent my charm as well. I moved earlier this year, and didn't have a new trusted jeweller. When I took my necklace in, I was just looking to fix my chain. I mentioned the charm to the jeweller and he was able to bend it back in place! I was concerned about the integrity of the charm (because there was a small crack in the gold) but overall really glad it was mended.When I went to pick my chain up a week later, the transaction was quick and simple. The jeweller charged me for the chain only and when I got into my car I noticed that he had fixed my charm as well. It honestly looks like new.I have taken two other pieces to this location with really incredible results.Highly recommend!

100% recommend this place anytime someone talks about jewelry. One of the few jewelers who do repairs themselves in house and they're very knowledgeable. He can tell if something can be sized with a quick look and he's resized channel set rings for me with no issue. I moved away from norfolk and I will still make the 45min trip to bring my stuff here. Prices on pieces are also very fair and great customer service! My grandmother also had a custom ring made here and it's gorgeous.
