Excellent service, super clinique, super propre et ils ont été très courtois! Met with Dr. Dalia this morning, she was great, took her time to explain and made sure i understood everything. She was very knowlogeble, had a treatment for me right away. Last year i visited another private clinic for the same issue (clinique Lacroix), they rushed me, didn't even take a look at my problem, prescribed medication that didn't work at all!Thank you Dr. Dalia, I appreciate all your help!

I was able to get an appoint in a few days (not months!) and it was an amazing experience. front desk staff were very professional and greeted me in a friendly manner. The nurse and doctor were professional, quick and friendly. Results coming in a couple of weeks. I can't say enough about how pleasant this was. Highly recommend. I thought the price was very fair for the service I received.

Front staff was extremely rude. Judging from other reviews, maybe they were having a bad day, I didn’t appreciate being screamed at for absolutely nothing. Just from that experience I will not be returning. Just terrible attitude from nurses as well. Just sad.

Dr. Mikhael was so kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully explain everything. I was overwhelmed with anxiety having a suspicious mole examined and biopsied and her compassion and expertise was such a calming presence. I left feeling that she cared about my health and wellbeing and that I was in the hands of a competent and caring doctor. Which is hard to find these days. I paid out of pocket to avoid wait times in Ottawa and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. I plan to continue to see Dr. Mikhael for any dermatological concerns in the future.

Terrific clinic. Very clean, little wait with excellent staff. I came here for a dermatologist, and was lucky enough to get Dr Dalia Mikhael. She is extremely skilled with a great bedside manner. She takes the time to explain and is very caring. I highly recommend her to anyone suffering with skin issues. I am very thankful to her and the clinic.

The staff and especially Dr Dalia Mikhael are exceptional. My original minor surgery went very well. My follow-ups were intense and I’m grateful that my concern were taken into consideration to reduce the pain.

Easiest 5 stars I've given. I had been waiting years to be seen to get 2 cycts removed, so eventually turned to private care. Now it is a little pricey so be prepared, but you can't put a price on feeling good and not self conscious.Went in for the consultation and had the cysts removed same day in and out in about a hour. The Doctor (Dr. Dalia) and all the staff where so nice and helpful.
