We used Body Shop shea body butter for years, until their body butter formula changed and became the same as any supermarket one. Now we purchase Lush Charity Pot because it's deeply moisturising, it's handmade and feels like it's made with fresh ingredients.The staff in this store is always very friendly and helpful.I only get one or two products a month, because quality comes at a price.

We had one of my bachelorette events here this weekend and it was amazing! I had no idea LUSH did parties! The staff Saturday morning were amazing and made the experience so so wonderful. They were fun and full of energy!

I LOVED going there. It was great. Though I honestly don't like reviewing places as I think it's a bit arbitrary, I can confidently say this store and its employees are amazing. Everybody was nice. Like, everyone. The cashier was an absolute joy to be around, and though I can't quite remember her name, she was SO nice and SO polite (really pretty, too ^^). This was our first time going to Ottawa— and the Rideau Center in general— and it was an amazing experience to have. Please come here if you have the chance; you'd be supporting an ethical, almost entirely vegan business that makes excellent products while also having the privilege to be attended by their lovely staff. :-)

Great experience at this location! The store was really clean and tidy, and the salesperson was super knowledgeable, friendly, and kind, they helped me pick out a shampoo bar and they were also really generous with free samples!

I love going to Lush, the soaps are so cool! The store is always clean, full, and has a diverse variety of new products. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, special shoutout to Darcy for being an absolute gem and teaching me about shampoo bars!The staff definitely make this place come alive, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for soaps (although they sell other products too lol)

Staff have always been friendly. In general Lush products are fun, but really expensive. I do consider it worthwhile especially knowing that the ingredients are of excellent quality, and above all trailblazers in anti-animal cruelty.

Really great staff and great location. I ordered a few items on the app for in-store pickup while visiting Ottawa recently. They were all ready and packed when I got there. The staff were friendly and attentive. I love lush’s products and their politics and this excellent store is yet another reason why they make great stuff and you have a great experience buying and especially using their products.Update: just visited the store again and Darcy was just wonderful. An asset to your team. Such a great in-store experience.

Such wonderful customer service at the LUSH at the Rideau centre. Darcy, Megan & Katy-Anne (I hope I go their names right) we’re lovely! They took the time to explain everything, where genuine & kind & very personable. Can’t say enough about my experience today.
