Best ever care for my Dog Daisy! She has been in and out for 2 weeks due to a complicated wound and she has recieved much love and care from all the ladies here. They took time to explain everything to me and made sure my pup was happy and comfortable and accommodated us many times on very very short notice. Thank you Country Club Animal Clinic

The staff we dealt with were very kind and cared for our cat to the best of their ability. They tried to work with us in terms of finding inexpensive alternatives (as we do not have insurance) which was a huge breathe of fresh air in comparison with how other places can be. Great service and great people.

I booked a neuter appointment for my puppy and was asked to give information for his file, as we would be new clients (he was rehomed to me). I was asked if I wanted to put my husband on file as an alternate contact for emergencies and I obliged.The appointment was set to be on a Monday and when my husband got home from work the Friday beforehand, he mentioned the vet had called him to go over pre-surgery things and consent and was a bit confused why he was getting the call. Because he was in the middle of work when the call took place he wasn’t 100% confident that he could properly relay the information and suggested I call to confirm the details.When I called I explained the situation and the person who answered seemed extremely defensive, even though I had no issue, I just wanted to make sure I had the correct info. She told me “we called your husband and gave him the details” almost as if I was wasting her time… so I explained again that he wasn’t sure of the details and that I had made the appointment so would like the info relayed to myself. Again, I received attitude/an exasperated tone and she audibly scoffed at me before saying “wow, okay?!” and telling me she was going to go grab the file. When she returned to the phone she started to tell me the details and while she was mid-sentence she hung up the phone— I could tell it was most likely purposeful because you could hear the handset hitting the base before the call actually ended.I called back and said “hi I’m not sure what happened there” because I didn’t want to escalate this person’s behaviour and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. No apology, just said “yeah not sure” and continued to tell me the details I was calling about in a condescending tone of voice. Info such as what time to stop feeding my puppy, any other add-ons I might want etc.I told her I wasn’t really sure why the vibes of the phone call had been so weird thus far, and that I felt I was being spoken to very condescendingly even though I hadn’t been rude. I explained I was just trying to be a proactive pet owner and that I want to make sure I have the correct information leading up to my puppy’s surgery, since it was me who booked the appointment and me who cares for him 99% of the time.She continued to be rude, so I ultimately decided to cancel the appointment and go elsewhere, as I no longer felt comfortable entrusting my pet in their hands. Extremely bizarre interaction to say the least.

Kind, calm and courteous. I was more anxious than my cats when bringing them in for their first annual checkup. The staff was very understanding with me and very good with my cats. I feel my boys and I are in good hands going forward with their health. Thank you.

The staff had all the qualities a stressed out pet owner could ask for in an animal care provider. They were empathetic, caring, and in good spirits. They seem like fun, kind-hearted people.You can tell a lot about the people behind the business based on the small details. They took the opportunity while my pup was sedated to trim his nails, and didn't charge for it. They also properly fitted his cone nicer than I had it previously. They did this without mentioning and with 0 expectation of recognition.They also, free of charge, offered to look at pictures of my dog's injury and provide recommendations in order to potentially save me hours of driving as I don't live close to a vet.None of this was epected, but It really makes a person feel in good hands knowing that they care just as much as you do about your little, oftentimes helpless, family member. If anyone from either of your offices reads these, please know that everything you've done for Reco has been extremely appreciated

It was super friendly, welcoming and after not being able to have my own vet to be able to see my dog who was on the verge of getting mastitis,but I do realize they need a day off others also not available, I was appalled that one would see my dog after I waited a whole day,call after hours and automatically be charged a 450 call out fee,before they even looked at her,than make an assessment and make the prescriptions I needed. At country club they recommended but said I probably didn't need antibiotics, I was nervous bought them anyways and never used them , did the anti-inflammatory treatment and warm cloth treatment, she was good with 24 hours. I'd recommend them plus they have 2 others with their hours it's was awesome 6 days availabilitie

I had one of the best experiences that I've had at a Vet here, I had the pleasure of having Dr. Anna Friesen, I brought in my cat that wasnt eating, but we couldn't figure out why, after test after test we couldn't track down a set diagnosis, & Dr. Anna did everything she could to find me answers, giving me extra xrays and ultrasounds & sending the work away to a radiologist, we tracked it down to severe cancer & unfortunately we had to let her go. Never along the way did I think they were after my money, they gave me the best service I could ask for including squeezing me in for emergency hospitalization, and Dr. Anna seemed like she genuinely cared. She even hand wrote me a lovely letter that I got in the mail after my cat passed, I cried, It was so nice to get. I will definitely see Dr. Anna if I have to again. <3

What wonderful people! The staff were all so kind and professional. My new kitten needed her first vaccines and a general check up, and as my first pet on my own, I was a bit nervous. But the staff ensured that everything was quick, simple and comfortable. They took the time to introduce themselves to my kitten, and tried to make her as relaxed as possible. Seeing them be so patient and kind with her helped calm my nerves too. I don’t think our visit could have been any better! Thank you Country Club Animal Clinic for a great first visit!
