TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

It's so difficult to deposit money into my account cause their outside atm never works and the bank is closed when I am able to go to deposit money. Fix it !!!!!

This branch is one of the few branches where you can go in, get your work done and out in few minutes. Most of the other branches takes too much time serving each customer.

I asked withdrawal fro RESP the lady said 3 days then i got nothing when i went yo check the status in the branch they said ohhh it takes 5-7 days. This is TD wherever you ask they give nothing. So disappointed

Hands down the worst TD bank I have ever been to. The clerk refused to release funds to me. Then was reluctant to certify a cheque for me. They made it very difficult to do banking with my business. Worst service ever.

Literally made and showed as our fault to have not made it clear to him that our visit was for getting inputs on opening a new account. Just told him on entering that it’s regarding opening new account.After 6 minutes or so wait the manager took us to his cabin and started asking our information and needed our documents. Thinking he needs to verify our credentials, this manager completed our bank account opening. On informing we have come to know the formalities and facilities extended by the bank. Strangely he questions is why we are not informing him. Told him you are getting all information and stuck in your desktop and as a new customer we think you are doing verification and then inform us. Not one time in the whole time you informed or talked to us that you are opening our new account.Shocked to learn that without informing us and getting our approval and our consent/ confidence,you straightaway opened the account and showed it as our miscommunication.Appears more than understanding or listening and enquiring the customer need, you solely absorbed in opening a new account.Highly dissatisfied by their customer approach and communication with us during our visit.Hope some sort of corrective action is initiated.Test and share your experience if visiting.

My personal experience at this branch was top notch! Too bad i did not ask the name of a gentleman helping me! Tall, polite gentleman with approval of a manager was able to help me with something that was making my life hell for few days and after helping me with my original problem he recommended some upgrades that will help and benefit me in future! 5+

Poor service I experienced with three representative they don’t know what their duties are. Big disappointment ……

I have been a loyal customer to this bank for over 20 years, but lately the service is very bad and the teller manager is skinny young boy who is rude and don't care about there clients. All the new staff is young and ignorant with no experience of customer service. They spend more time socializeing with each other then helping customers. I hope someone makes some serious changes because even tho this is my home branch I will not be going there anymore.
