Very bad experience. Employees are not really attentive at the front store and they are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Even after so many bad reviews, I am surprised to see the employees are following the same behavior. Never gonna come here again..

One of the better McDonald's for good service just off the Route 20 using exit 414.lots of English speaking people here as well for the traveller's that aren't bi lingual

Ordering console is convenient for those travellers with limited French, but no receipt printed so i wasn't sure of the order number (out of paper i presume). Service was fast however, so it wasn't an issue.

Stop here almost every time we pass through. Love the service. Staff are always friendly and quick to overcome and language misses.Just a nice place to stop along the way.

Worst customer service. I asked for 2 ice coffee with extra liquid sugar and the manager was charging me $8 for just two ice coffee. When i asked him that its too much and ice coffee is just 2$ he said extra sugar cost. So having 2 extra pumps of sugar he was charging me $6. And have no manners how to talk to customers. He was very rude and arrogant. Didn’t know how to talk to customers. Also they didn’t know how to speak english. Very disappointing service. Not gonna come here ever again in my life

Horrible experience!! Water in the boys bathroom didnt work (i came to this exact location 5 months ago and it was still broken). We had 3 meals, we got 1 wrong burger, no cups for the drinks, no ketchup! When asked for cups they gave us 1, we had to ask again for the second and again for the 3rd. When asked for ketchup we only got 1 pack and had to ask again for more cause the person just left. It took 25 min to get our food all in order. By the time we got to eat the poutine was cold and so were the fries for the other meals. Not coming back again.

On December 31, 2022 i purchased a bigmack meal from the drive through, i got the pop and the bag of food then drove off to the on ramp for Highway 20 and stopped. Looked in the bag and there was an obvious mistake, 4 hamburgers no bigmack no fries. Well I couldn't back up the ramp to go back so my Labrador had a real feast. On the way back from Quebec City I stopped and they were just closing so I had to come back another time.Today January 6, I had go to town to make a few stop, first stop was Macdonald, went in presented my receipt told my story to the attendant, she went to get the manager, told him the same story and he asked me if I wanted a free Bigmack meal, I said yes please, he served me right away with a great big smile. It was that easy.Now that’s customer service
